Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We ordered out from vernon. Wasn't busy. Kids grilled cheese was burnt. So disappointed. If we were eating in it would never make it to the table.

Great burgers and loved the variety of Ono un
bottomless sides. Nice atmosphere with a friendly and attentive server. Molly made some great suggestions. We will be back.

Staff at the vernon location blew out our last minute expectations for a late night dinner. They were closing and kept kitchen open. They were fast and efficient and delivered a memorable meal. Miss them in Edmonton and this was the highlight of a long drive to vancouver thru vernon. Thanks again.

It was yummy

Good lunch! Our server was efficient. I did mention to her the hamburger bun should be warmed up or toasted.

We attended with an entire hockey team, and the orders, although pre-ordered were confusing and entirely wrong. It happens, understandably. Where you lose me is bringing my husband's hamburger, which was delivered to the wrong table, all the fries eaten, with a big smear of ketchup across the plate to us and specifically asking if we mind eating it. That is absolutely, completely, unacceptable. Mistakes happen with big orders, but never would I expect a customer to EAT food off of another patrons plate (and yes, we paid full price for every item on our bill, even the ones that came out incorrect, or were eaten by another table). Please review etiquette with your staff.

I have to say I was shocked w/ our visit to Red Robin Vernon… Good Shocked!

We went out of convenience and being so tired after a long morning for some burgers.

The service was great, the burgers were hot and delicious. I’ve never had a burger come off the grill that hot and tasty. It tasted fresh, honestly I actually said something to my daughter while eating and she concurred.

We had a server helping us, and another young woman with glasses and a long ponytail who was backing up our server with what I figured to be a shift change. Nothing was said which usually drives me nuts, I don’t want to square up in the middle of my meal so you get your tips out of me… it was seamless. Food was great and we left happy. I would recommend this particular Red Robin.

Always nice to have a Red Robin burger since we have none in Alberta anymore. The burger and the service was excellant a great place to stop at and enjoy great food. Great TEAM effort shown here, great job.
