I have never written a review for a business before HOWEVER this particular employee needs a special little shout out! I believe her name was Natasha from Vernon rich tea, she was closing for July 19. Not only did she provide exceptional customer service, and going out of her way to get a tray and straws for me but when that tray broke on the street and I came back to order them again, she replaced both bubble teas with me for free with a very positive attitude!

normally i don't write review for restaurants but this place just went above and beyond my expectations. It was my frst time visiting their on weekend with my family and my first impression was the greeters and the staff holding the door for you as u enter. Service and timing were absolute perfect. Food was amazing as well. They serve fresh food and i would give this restaurant 10 if i could
