This restaurant is attached to the Best Western Pacific Inn. We went there after a long day of travelling. We arrived at just before 7:00 p.m. There was only one person doing serving for the whole place. There was a table of 12, a few people at the bar, a solo diner and 2 couples. I also noticed some take out orders. The guy doing the serving did not acknowledge us when we arrived. It was hectic for him. We waited about 15 minutes to get his attention. We got menus finally. We had to call him to place an order. He was running around a lot because he was all alone. Even if it was busy and he was all alone he should have acknowledged our presence and given us water and explained at the outset the issue. (Apparently someone did not show up for work). This guy was making drinks at the bar, taking orders, serving orders, doing cash and serving food at the bar. We received our meals (fish and chips and Spaghetti and meatballs) 45 minutes after we arrived. It wasn't until we received the bill that we were told of the staff shortage. (The person who did not show up should be ashamed of themselves) It appears there was no back up plan if someone failed to show up for work. It wasn’t the guys fault and he was trying to do everything and the only thing lacking was communication of the issue. If I wasn’t too tired from travelling from Ontario I would have left and went elsewhere. The food options below to comment on are not we had for dinner.

the smallest and worst turkey dinner ever. It was like they did not have enough for a full meal. Small Crumbly, dry overcooked bits of brown turkey, not even one cup. 2 pieces of broccoli, one carrot, one tablespoon of stuffing and 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes FOR $25! I asked the server if it was the full portion, she giggled and said sorry. In hindsight, should have sent back to the kitchen.$60 bill and husband is still hungry. Absolute worst Ricki's we have ever been to. We gave this place way more than it deserves. This location is really dirty and overpriced. Will not return. Save your money and go to one of the many other available restaurants. Stay away from this location.

We had such an amazing &delicious breakfast with very friendly &attentive staff so we decided we'd be back for supper and unfortunately that expirence was very underwhelming. Our server checked on us maybe once after setting down food . we also were not given our soup we ordered with meal ( we didnt ask about the soup as we assumed it would be brought out after meals were placed on table, it was not) .we also did not get juice we asked for our child. Luckily we were not billed for the items they forgot. Whatever happened to writting orders down?. Also the portion of spaghetti is very small for $24 price tag.
