Normally I enjoy the service with Starbucks and am fine with waiting an extra few minutes but was very disappointed tonight with the staff. I placed an online order as it’s easier to do myself than tell over the speaker, at 5:20pm and arrived at the drive through shortly after. It was dead, there was no line and no one behind me. I waited a few minutes before getting my drink, but when the lady handed it to me she said “next time you need to wait a few more minutes before pulling into the drive through” very passive aggressively. There was no need for that, and again, the entire time we sat in the drive through no one came behind me so it’s not as if anyone needed to wait. This was uncalled for and completely unprofessional and unnecessary. It makes no difference if I order in the drive through over the speaker or through the app. You would think me ordering it myself would be easier for them but I guess that was too much of an inconvenience to them.

Weighted for my coffee drink waited about 10 minutes. Other Starbucks usually call your name out and make sure that you get your drink. When I finally got mine it wasn't as hot as expected. It's super loud and you can't hear the person you're talking to when you're there between 11:00 and 12:30. I think they take care of the drive-thru a little quicker, but if you want to meet someone there to hang out and chat, it's too loud.

They make great coffee. Just overpriced. But how else do you pay for that big beautifull building. The biggest kick was when a companion ordered a cold drink and it was 80% ice cubes (not crushed like a slushi) so like $10 and got like half a small worth of drink.

I asked for light ice and got more ice than if I hadn't requested light ice. For the price they charge for their beverages, you'd think they would listen to their customers. Very disappointing!

GPF Lighting

I can't believe I left a tip. They forgot about my food. I inquire about it twice. The second time, it was an inconvenience for them to look & when I got it, it was cold.
Management should visit the smaller coffee shops in the area to learn about service & politeness.

I don’t like too much. The food is just everything is like it’s sweet, but there’s like my favourite food Salty is the sandwich are so good. I like to treat cheese. But the service is the best highway. The is the best best that I seen in. My life is so good.

Beautiful store- lots of seating, interesting artwork on the walls (not your typical artwork found in a starbucks) well staffed however no one seemed to have a sense of urgency... took a while to get our 2 fraps... cafe was dirty- tables needed bussing, floor needed to be swept badly- wasn't crazy busy either.
