Surprisingly not too busy. However every empty table was dirty🥴. My friend went up and got something to clean our table with. Not sure why this place thinks that’s the customer’s job. This is the third time with the same experience. Three strikes xxx

Impossible to park. Drive through blocks all spots. Not enough staff to handle peak hours. Staff are doing the best they can but are struggling to keep up. Tables were filthy, staff have no time to serve and maintain restaurant during peak times. Working there must be a nightmare. I'm done with Starbucks. It's not worth the cost and wait time anymore. And at this location I had to drive around the block twice to park. There were parking spots in the lot but I had to park on the street because of the drive through traffic.

I love everything about Starbucks except their prices. I don't go as often as I used to, as the cost of coffee is too high.

went to starbucks today and had the worst interaction with the lady at the front. she swore while taking my order and later i heard her talking badly about one of her coworkers, very disappointing to see a starbucks worker be so rude. she was a shorter blonde lady, her name started with an n, can’t remember her full name

The drive thru folks were really efficient and friendly, and patient when we were communicating the orders of multiple people in the car. Drinks were delicious as always, and the drive thru moved relatively quickly. Would recommend.

I came up to Vernon from the US to visit family and stopped into this Starbucks. I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant young woman then waited on by Very nice young man. I had several questions because I was unsure about possible differences in products and prices between the US and Canada. The baristas were both sincerely pleasant and helpful. The service was excellent even though they were quite busy, the facility was clean and our food and drinks were perfect. I was also able to get my souvenir mug with my Starbucks reward points! It was a perfect visit!

I ordered a sausage bacon breakfast wrap off skipthedishes. When i opened the package, the wrap felt hard and crunchy, aswell as very poorly wrapped, and not very full either. I order starbucks fairly often, and have never been so disappointed with it. For $8, i’d expect a lot more.
