I come to this starbucks quite often. The staff are great. Beverages made to what I ordered.However, the cleanliness is to be desired. The past number of days. I’ve noticed the floors have not been swept or washed. There litter everywhere. Coffee beans crushed on the floor. Crumbs all over the counter. Spilled drink stains travelling from behind counter into seating area. Outside dirt/ mud gathered around tables. Tables not washed.This is a place now full of germs. When Covid was happening. This place was well kept. Now it seems no one cares. Unacceptable. If the staff or cleaning crew don’t care. Then action will have to be taken for the safety of other patrons.Pics taken will be sent to head office. And to the health board.Concerned patron

I love Starbucks...but this was the first time I had to wait 20 minutes for our 2 drinks. The staff seemed unorganized and for the first time I wasn't welcomed with a friendly staff member.

This is the slowest Starbucks in all of Canada. Drive thru wait times are consistently over 15 minutes no matter what you order.They also frequently mess up the orders. Go to any other Starbucks in town at all costs. It's been this way for several years and the staff is friendly, must be management or owner issues.

Check your drinks before you drive away.I ordered a grande mocha, 1 cream, extra hot. The mocha I got was barely room temperature. I had already waited in the drive thru lineup long enough to get it, I didn't have it in me to go back through. I had to run home to nuke it, so it didn't go to waste.
The customer service was a little lacking, i made eye contact with 3/5 staff members while standing at the counter to order before one of them asked if they could take my order. The drive-through was not packed busy, nor were there lots of mobile orders from what i could tell.

Absolutely terrible. Went inside and waited over 20 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 kids hot chocolates. We got our drinks before others who were there before us. And the kids drinks were not kids temp, burnt one of the kids. Not sure what was going on but this was not the first time this
Quick drive thru, great service - knowledgeable understood the menu and was quick to create and deliver! Amazing! Delicious!
