I went to Subway almost at the last minute before closing, and Ace helped me with my cravings. He was very cool and friendly—even though I arrived late and the store was about to close, he served me very well. I loved the sandwich I had. I highly recommend this Subway—5 stars from me!

Worst experience, me and my friend we went there around 9:30 and asked if they are still open or closed even though they were open just asked because there was power outage in town many stores were closed. But i got no response and then the question what you want?? Is this the way you serve your customer? I felt racism over there and will not recommend this subway to any one. I have never left bad review for any place till now but the way he made us feel was ridiculous. And we left without eating.

My friends and I went to this subway as others were closed due to power cut. The server in this store was the guy with tattoos on his neck and when we entered the store he didn’t greet us at all. And was so rude when we asked about the menu. He did have the veggie patty but he refused to give us one and said that he doesn’t have any even though he had one on display. He was also making faces even though we were talking very nicely to him. I had the worst experience there.

Pay $40 for subs when the guy working was acting like he didn't even want us in the store. Like 4 olive slices and 5 spinach leaves like come on! Subways profit margins aren't that small lol.

Amazing service, incredibly friendly staff. I’m always very happy with how my order is made. Best location in vernon! Hard working staff, they remember you and your order. I always use this location, their ingredients are way fresher than most other locations. I like going to this location the most because of the quality of food and their workers. Always nice to see some friendly faces!!

They don't answer their phone. Called 9 times to order food. I guess there isn't a company policy in place for customer service. Ordered a toasted sandwich but when delivered was not toasted. Will never return the the okanagan landing location.

Very clean stop we made I'm vernon. My grandson loved his sub!!!
We used to love subway spent a lot of money there. Last time we spent $30 on a sub and a salad, the new decompstable products are garbage. We walked outside and the bag ripped apart and the food fell on the ground and the salad packaging flew open and the salad fell on the ground...they refused to replace the salad and said we needed to order and pay for a new one. Costumer service is terrible.

Subway in Landing Plaza is my 133rd eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every single eatery in Vernon.The service was quick and friendly. An adequate amount of sriracha sauce was put on my 12 inch veggie sub. It tasted crunchy and delicious.It was all very clean.I paid $9.12 after tax for a foot longveggie sub.I was very pleased overall. I highly recommend making a stop at this Subway.133 eateries down; approximately 20 to go!
