I ordered heart shape cake and when I went to pick up after 2 weeks it was round I cake so I asked them that it was supposed to be heart but the lady there didn’t even feel sorry or feel like be upset about mistake as I know mistakes may happen but her attitude was terrible she was rude and said well that’s round now. This is completely unacceptable it was my mom’s birthday and I was celebrating with her after 7 years and before also when I went in to order every design I showed her she said that no I can’t do this I can’t do that and then she said I can do heart shape but I didn’t even get that what was promised and that is wrong. Paid this high price for something that was not even making me happy and ruined my mom’s birthday cake surprise that I want and I planned to cut heart shape and I know it’s just a shape but that matters to me. Never coming back at this place Walmart cakes are way better than yours at least they deliver what they promise. Along with this I sent them the email which shows the cake design still they ruined it. Terrible customer service.

The passion and dedication of the bakers and staff are evident! So pleased. This is my reliable “go-to” spot when I am in Vernon!

Bought a whole carrot cake and might be one of the worst carrot cakes I’ve tried, i liked the Black Forest but over 3/4 of this carrot cake is going in the garbage. Sorry Caroline, but your carrot cake is not good.

On a whim of my daughter’s Google search we came here. Ordered mini cream puffs and white chocolate mini cheesecakes The mini puffs were a bit dry (I should note we went late in the day so that could be why a bit dry) however otherwise they were great. And the mini cheese cakes while I love classic gram cracker crust this was more like a cake mix it was great - but the cheese cake was extremely light, fluffy, excellent goodness. Don’t know if I’ll get a chance to head back but definitely worth checking out

Stopped in at sweet Caroline’s on the way from Kelowna to Kamloops. This is my new favourite spot. Gorgeous, European style baking, endless temptations, even gluten free options. We got lots of things, but the vanilla slice was my favourite, I literally had one bite in the parking lot and had to actively stop myself from shoving the whole thing down my throat to save some of the enjoyment for home. Everything else we got was so tasty, too. They even gave us two free cookies for my little boys. Great service, amazing treats - will be back every time we make the drive.
Only bad thing is I’m gaining so much weight from eating there.

The customer service at Sweet Caroline’s Bakery is amazing. We recently had an event and had ordered two sheet cakes. When we went to pick them up there had been a miscommunication and the cakes were not done. We had 3 hours until the event. The staff called the owner, Joanne, and Joanne said no problem, they would fulfill the order in time. We didn’t think it was possible, but the staff assured me, if Joanne says she’ll get it done, it will be done. Sure enough, Joanne and her team delivered two beautiful sheet cakes, just as we ordered; beautifully decorated and delicious! We were all amazed!! It seemed like a miracle! Joanne and her staff handled this so professionally and kindly and delivered cakes that were definitely a hit as the centrepieces of the event. Many thanks to Sweet Caroline’s Bakery. I highly recommend their service and delicious products!
