Stopped in at sweet Caroline’s on the way from Kelowna to Kamloops. This is my new favourite spot. Gorgeous, European style baking, endless temptations, even gluten free options. We got lots of things, but the vanilla slice was my favourite, I literally had one bite in the parking lot and had to actively stop myself from shoving the whole thing down my throat to save some of the enjoyment for home. Everything else we got was so tasty, too. They even gave us two free cookies...

Ordered mini cream puffs and white chocolate mini cheesecakes
The mini puffs were a bit dry (I should note we went late in the day so that could be why a bit dry) however otherwise they were great.
And the mini cheese cakes while I love classic gram cracker crust this was more like a cake mix it was great - but the cheese cake was extremely light, fluffy, excellent goodness. Don’t know if I’ll...
