I used their online ordering service from their webpage that requires you to prepay the order and gives you an exact time to come pick it up. We put in two orders, and when I arrived on time for the second order, they had prepared the first order but had not even started on the second one. I waited an additional 15 minutes for the 2nd order to be prepared, so by the time I returned home with the food most of it was cold.
To add insult to injury, I had prepaid a tip, and the staff was in a huff while trying to finish my order as if it was somehow my fault that it was late.

My family and I have been driving to this location since the kelowna location closed a few years ago. Our latest trip we met the new owners and noticed a big improvement in our overall meal this time around. Felt necessary for all those taco del mar fans to know of this new change.
Now if you could open a location in west Kelowna for us that would be amazing!!

Beware there are new owners at this location and its definitely not the same as it used to be.
I had a beef barbacoa burrito in the regular size and the burritos are so much smaller now. I also noticed the meat is pretty dry now as well and they definitely dont load you up on the toppings anymore. I honestly dont think i will be back because I'm not going to continue to pay the same price for a small burrito. The workers seem pretty nice though. The younger girl is definitely better at making burritos then the younger boy but still overall pretty disappointing.

We had a super disappointing experience at your restaurant today. Took my three daughters out for lunch and signed up for the five dollar off coupon on the rewards app. We hadn’t had the app before so we all made our accounts and the lady working at the St. Mary’s location in Winnipeg was named Heena I believe. She was super rude and she yelled at my daughter’s. She said that the coupon couldn’t be used today after I had use mine and my other daughter had tried to use hers. My daughter asked for cilantro on her burrito and the lady said very rudely can’t you see we don’t have any. Things do run out I understand but usually there’s more in the back and she didn’t even bother to go check. My daughter asked if she could have a couple extra olives, and the lady said that would cost more. I’ve been eating here for years and years and never have I ever been charged to ask for something extra if I want extra olives. The only thing I’m aware that cost more is guacamole. I asked her not to yell at my daughter, and she continued to yell at my daughter. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager owner. I don’t believe a manager owner would act this way because people will not be returning to your restaurant if they’re treated this poorly. Yelling at a child is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been at this location many times and I’ve never had such a small burrito in my life. We ordered 4 of the 11.99 large beef burritos and they were smaller than the small size that I’ve had before. This lady working there should not be working at customer service. I asked her if she’s allowed to speak to customers like that and she continued to yell at my daughter for several minutes then she yelled at me. Then she got mad and walked away and went to the subway side of the restaurant while we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back so we could pay… Full price for the food that was supposed to be discounted because of the coupon. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. Especially after I told her not to yell at my daughter, and she continued to and then yell at me as well. Very disappointing experience.
