My family and I have been driving to this location since the kelowna location closed a few years ago. Our latest trip we met the new owners and noticed a big improvement in our overall meal this time around. Felt necessary for all those taco del mar fans to know of this new change. Now if you could open a location in west Kelowna for us that would be amazing!!

Beware there are new owners at this location and its definitely not the same as it used to be. I had a beef barbacoa burrito in the regular size and the burritos are so much smaller now. I also noticed the meat is pretty dry now as well and they definitely dont load you up on the toppings anymore. I honestly dont think i will be back because I'm not going to continue to pay the same price for a small burrito. The workers seem pretty nice though. The younger girl is definitely better at making burritos then the younger boy but still overall pretty disappointing.

March 14 at 1:20pm we came in for burrito bowls and lost our appetite at how the servers were preparing our bowls. They didn’t say hi, just stood staring at us in silence waiting for us to say what we wanted. Poured our food in the bowls with attitude and seemed like they did not want to be there. It was messy how they did it, queso was dripping all over the sides of the container. extremely dissatisfied with the service today. Can’t believe they hired people who can’t even make a burrito bowl, let alone act like they wanted to be there.

My favourite…Hands down! The staff are always friendly, I Love the shredded beef and fresh pico!!!! I go here quite often! I always find the place to seem “sunny” in atmosphere!

Save your money! shredded beef was dry and seemed not even marinated like usual, the black beans were straight from the can to my plate not cooked down at all ! the hard taco shell was so cheap like a no name corn chip and they put so much sour cream and guacamole on taco shell first?? so weird! the taco was so soggy it was not even edible . its just unbelievable how bad it has gotten. we used to love this place , but it has gone so far downhill that i would'nt even eat there for free ! also prep station was filthy and nobody was even there before me ? why do they not clean prep station after a customer?

Usually come here once or twice a week or veggie nachos and whenever there is a boy PK working here is always a brilliant experience, he listens to everything with full concentration and nachos always tastes So good.
