I have gone once. $25 for a pile of noodles, leathery beef, and some filler veggies. Fast forward last week I went with someone and the older lady didn't listen to us. Vegetable, chicken and no sauce. The lady starts an argument that she won't put more chicken because it's extra cost. This lady is just rude, no eye contact , no listening to what you order and has poor customer service, I felt like we were an annoyance. Chicken extra?? How about the raw chicken sitting on the cooler side of the grill needing resuscitation. Gross. A+for the super rude behavior and disposition. If this place gets more than 1 star, it's lying.

There was so much fried food. The beef & vegetables was at bare minimum, few pieces of beef, one 1inch of a bean, a few mushrooms, so I asked if I could have fresh made, the woman immediately says, people die for the last serving..The cook won't make more, I wish I hadn't even ate anything, I had rice & S&S pork. Horrible. The oil taste. Gross. Way too much sauce.I will not try this place again.

Teriyaki Express is my 111th eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon.I ordered veggie yakisoba which came to $13.92 after tax.The food was delicious and the man who initially rung me through was pleasant. However, the woman who dished my food was extremely rude. In fact, she was so rude to the point that I don't have any desire to come back and be forced to interact with her again.111 eateries down. 50ish to go.

Vegetarian options: Veggie yakisoba; spring rolls

Worst customer service ever ! My daughter who is 11 ( always polite ) ordered 2 spring rolls and lady at the cashier was so rude to a child !! Unbelievable, food is not good either , not authentic Japanese teriyaki

I’m being generous with my rating because the food is fresh and tasty. Made in front of you by men that seem to be pleasant and accommodating. They small bowl of steamed white rice for between 4 and 6 dollars ( depending on what the lady wants to charge you that day) is a little pricey. For for a full tasty meal it’s quite reasonably priced. Its the rude woman that sits behind the counter that kills it for me. She’s a real treat. No basic manners or people skills, like none :/ I think she either hates her job, hates people ( even friendly ones) or both.

Surprise good food in food court, I have chicken yakisoba and shrimp tempura, it's fare enough with a price tags and quality. Lady cashier could be more welcome and friendly to get 5 stars for overall experiences. In general food is fresh, delicious, comforting, fast and a healthier option! I would eat there again.

Terrible experience! My husband ate rice, beef with teriyaki sauce and brocolli and had food poisoning. We are a family of 4 and he was the only one who ate there, also the only one with fever, vomiting etc...
