The Bistro has a great view overlooking Swan Lake, but the interior could use a little imagination. The approach is through a rather dark corridor and a musty smelling elevator and is not a great start to a dining "experience". The waitress was friendly but totally forgot to make sure there was no bacon on our meal. The meal itself was really quite good (except for the bacon we didn't desire.) Overall it was good, but could be excellent with a little more imagination.

We had a superb dining experience to celebrate our 55th anniversary at Castle bistro. From the warm welcome to the warm crème brûlée dessert the meal was exceptional. They know how to elevate a special occasion. I especially enjoyed the wild mushroom soup and the pear /candied pecan salad. my husband’s cajun prawns were cooked to perfection. The veal scallopini marsala was exquisite. Our server Mordachai was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The owners obviously take great care in their staffing, menus selection, pricing, and ambiance.

Were out of draft beer or keg tap was broken. Ran out of Filet Mignon on a Saturday night, and ran out of Creme Brulee. New York Strip was very tough.Don't run out of food selection on a Saturday night when you know the restaurant is going to be busy. The waiter was irritating by always saying, "what would we...." Right now I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry

Holy fuk. Lamb rack was to die for. Had a black & white creme brulee for dessert and I had to fight my date for it. Jokes aside I definitely recommend, ambvience was also nice and staff was very pleasant.

Late afternoon this past Sunday; My husband and I stopped in on our way home from errands in Vernon. Although we did not have a reservation and the Hostess was expecting a full house at 5:00, she was so welcoming, kind and polite. She sat us down and we ordered from the Happy Hour menu, just drinks and 2 appetizers. The Hostess brought our drinks and complementary, warm and wonderful, bread and butter. The Chef (we believe) came out to bring us our appetizers we ordered, with a smile. Although we did not stay for dinner and had no reservation, we were treated so well and left with a wonderful feeling. The restaurant was beautiful and the food and service amazing. We can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at the Castle. All of the staff were so polite and friendly, and even offered our friend the Penthouse for his birthday!
The room was massive (two beds, two bathrooms, full kitchen), and all of the amenities were top notch! The room was clean and comfortable, with massive amounts of space for the two of us. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the pool and hot tub for as long as we could. This is an excellent property and next time we're in the area, we will be staying here again!

Always my favourite go to when it’s a celebration. The food is always beautiful and full of flavour. The view of Swan Lake always makes me feel like I’m on vacation and the staff is the absolute best at making the evening (or afternoon ) superb. Great cocktails too and I highly recommend the flaming chorizo and the tomahawk pork chop.
