Classy bistro restaurant with great view of Swan lake! Appies were decent and we really liked arctic char as main. It was perfectly done and risotto that came with was delicious. Overall foods were hearty and well seasoned.

Tonight we had the team out for dinner at The Bistro - what a great experience! Great service and the food was top notch! The atmosphere was comfortable and it was a perfect spot for the team to enjoy some laughs and over a fantastic meal! Highly recommend The Bistro!

Holy fuk. Lamb rack was to die for. Had a black & white creme brulee for dessert and I had to fight my date for it. Jokes aside I definitely recommend, ambvience was also nice and staff was very pleasant.

Late afternoon this past Sunday; My husband and I stopped in on our way home from errands in Vernon. Although we did not have a reservation and the Hostess was expecting a full house at 5:00, she was so welcoming, kind and polite. She sat us down and we ordered from the Happy Hour menu, just drinks and 2 appetizers. The Hostess brought our drinks and complementary, warm and wonderful, bread and butter. The Chef (we believe) came out to bring us our appetizers we ordered, with a smile. Although we did not stay for dinner and had no reservation, we were treated so well and left with a wonderful feeling. The restaurant was beautiful and the food and service amazing. We can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at the Castle. All of the staff were so polite and friendly, and even offered our friend the Penthouse for his birthday!
The room was massive (two beds, two bathrooms, full kitchen), and all of the amenities were top notch! The room was clean and comfortable, with massive amounts of space for the two of us. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the pool and hot tub for as long as we could. This is an excellent property and next time we're in the area, we will be staying here again!

Always my favourite go to when it’s a celebration. The food is always beautiful and full of flavour. The view of Swan Lake always makes me feel like I’m on vacation and the staff is the absolute best at making the evening (or afternoon ) superb. Great cocktails too and I highly recommend the flaming chorizo and the tomahawk pork chop.
Beautiful resort parking was really difficult due to it being next to the water park.

Had a great experience here. Food was spot on. Service was friendly with very informed waiters with good suggestions to help you choose to your own tastes. All the food was good, but the pork chop was the best of the lot for us. I wanted to try dessert but was too full.The entry up narrow hall stairs does not present very well. Tables separated by curtains also does not present too well. So overall atmosphere is ok. It is not like the main Intermezzo.Food price is what you expect to have an actual chef make your food. And that is where Intermezzo shines. Such great food. Friend got me to try Escargot Casino... and I really liked it.Safron Risotto, Veal Scallopini, Moroccan Racknof Lamb, Tomahawk Pork ChopParking: Just limited spotsWheelchair accessibility: Has an elevator to skip steps.
