The Cracked pot coffee

I wouldn't recommend from my experience. I would have been better off with a bacon egger for more than half the price. The scrambled eggs tasted like the pan had never been washed and was rubbery. Terrible!

Umm. Not sure what kind of customer service training they do here... went to get a coffee after my mother in law has been in ICU for hours. Asked for a coffee. The wonderful caring lady told me to hang on while she finished her texting. Gosh darn it. That was tremendous service. She also forgot what I asked for once she put her phone down.

Delicious muffins baked fresh, right there every morning , good coffee and friendly service. Good prices too! I’ve been going for there for years, always good ?

Worst experience ever. Went here because the cafeteria was closed. Employee told me there was only ham and cheese on the sandwich. I go to pay and this little sandwich costs $11. Then i go to take a bite and see that it has mayo and cream cheese on it. I can’t eat egg! I go back to the cafe and the employee was extremely rude and said that it states on this piece of paper, that is not even in clear sight, what is on the “panini”. I threw the sandwich out in front of her. Just disgusting and so rude.

Horrible customer service!! After asking if the ham and cheese sandwich only had ham and cheese on it, and the employee saying yes, I came to discover there was mayo and cream cheese on it. I went back and the employee was extremely rude and stated that it says it right there on the sheet of paper (that is fyi not even in clear sight and says “panini”). This was not a panini. It was a small square bun with ham and cheese on it. It cost $11! Definitely not going back here and will only recommend the other coffee shop to people visiting VJH.

Great coffee shop in town! Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
