Hi there I'm long time customer I come in almost daily and enjoy my cappuccino some times 2 times a day. The last couple of weeks the service is is very poorly. When I ordered my large Cappuccino to go I maybe had 2 or 3 once of coffee and pay 5.50$ I complained I like a bit more coffee in my cup She told me that's the way we do it. Today I tried to talk to the management She told me that is the way and I found her very aggressive and short sighted from now on I will get my Cappuccino at Nature's Fare where I get a full cup and pay 1$ less
I had requested a catered lunch takeout! The lunch was for 10 people. The sandwiches were good, the dessert was fair. However, I do not appreciate being automatically charged 15% on a takeout order of $300.00. The tipping has gone too far! If I had not been told by my staff that 15% was already added I may have left another small tip., the debit machine was prompting to tip more and the staff at the fig were not telling me that 15% had already been added to the bill.. There's no service with takeout you simply pick up give them your card and leave. BS.
We had lunch at the Fig after a recommendation from The Hot Bread Shoppe. We were very happy to have generous servings of healthy delicious food ( myself the Mediterranean Salad) and their half chocolate covered cookies were amazing. The art on the walls was well displayed. The woman running the shop was observant and kind. We’re coming back for sure!
Ordered some catering for the dealership. Service was great over the phone, food was great and was right on time. Great local business.
Im sure we will order more again!

I would never eat an NDP sandwich.
Delicious sandwich.
Great sandwich 🥪
While the sandwiches are delicious I have to share a very disappointing experience at the Fig today. I’m a loyal customer, I’ve been going to the fig 1-3x per week for lunch as I am a student at the school across the street. Today I went in for a mocha and a cookie after an exam. This was my first time getting a mocha and unfortunately it was too sweet for me to drink. I was sitting outside on the patio with another student and decided to go in and ask if they could top up my beverage with some black coffee to make it more enjoyable. To my surprise I was told I would have to pay for another coffee in order for them to assist me with the $5 mocha that I had already purchased to make it more palatable for me. I was pretty disappointed as I am a frequent customer and they offer free coffee to students, anyways. I didn’t really understand the logic. I was then told that the next time I order a mocha I should ask for less hot chocolate in it. It was a bad experience and I will be venturing out to places where they can empathize with loyal customers and make sure that they are happy with the product/service.
We ordered 2 sandwiches that took a long time to be made. Mine was small, overpriced and very dry. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

Female staff was rude. Asked us to leave 20 mins. before closing. I refused, sat down, had lunch, and left before closing. There was plenty of time while she cleaned the place around us
The male staff was embarrassed and apologetic.
Large and healthy ham Sandwich served with the best Cocconut Curry soup to die for!
Nice little downtown bistro, which served fresh sandwiches. Bread was great. However, the filling not so much. Had the chipolte chicken that had good flavor, but it had the texture of powdered chicken. Also had the turkey club that was lacking enough turkey to call it a turkey sandwich
Took two friends there yesterday for lunch. We arrived at 11:45am, ordered at the counter with a very helpful and friendly young lady. We sat in a window seat to visit and wait for our order. Within the 10 minutes it took to receive our order the restaurant was full. Our soup, sandwiches, Greek salad and teas were delivered to our table by two smiling staff. The sandwiches, one vegetarian and one turkey were huge, fresh and delicious. We each took half a sandwich home as we were full. The soup of the day, vegetable, was obviously home made and served hot! The half order of Greek salad was fresh and a perfect, filling lunch size. The Fig and their staff definitely leave a positive impression that will bring us back for more!
Delicious! Friendly service. Love this place.
