We travelled to Vernon for a day surgery and they were most helpful in meeting our need for an easy access room for someone on crutches and were supportive and friendly when we asked questions. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Convenient location right off the main street. We were welcomed by the Staff at the Front Desk and checked in without any wait. I had just been released from the Hospital after a day procedure. I was relieved to be able to quickly get up to my room to rest. We reserved a King bed room with a balcony overlooking the Atrium. The room was very clean and the Atrium was gorgeous! (Lots of plants, the Indoor pool and even a stream running through.) The bathroom was spotless. There was also a good size TV, Mini fridge, microwave and dingle serve coffee maker. The property is undergoing some renovation so the only restaurant is the Pub/Lounge. After looking at the menu, we decided to walk next door to a "Mr. Mike's " restaurant. The food there was fantastic ( We had the house specialty, steaks!) A bit pricey but well worth the short walk! The room was quiet and we couldn't hear much after closing the balcony door and curtains. My husband thought the bed was abit hard but I found it comfortable. Overall a Great property that we'll return to on our next trip! This hotel was recommended to me by a family member and I will definitely recommend ?

It was alright, we stayed for four nights. The hotel is very old and it does show, heating and air conditioning did not work in our bedroom and room service sometimes didn’t actually clean our rooms or replace towels/coffee every time. The restaurant was closed, I wish they would warn about this on their website as it was originally a big part of the appeal in booking this place in the first place.Otherwise, the atrium is very nice and the pool and hot-tub were also nice. Not sure it’s quite worth the price though.

My wife and I stayed here after we sold our house, the initial plan was to relax. And get some rest but with all the convenient services they offer, and the beautiful swimming pool, was like being in the middle of the tropics. I couldn't have been more relaxed as then, and after all that, a room service night cap, followed by the deepest sleep I can remember.We'll definitely be back to this place....Mark

We go every New Years Eve and Once again was great night with pool and Hot tub and atrium area is just perfect. Very quiet in room when so much going on in hotel with Don Cherrys and Banquet hall avail also. Great experience every time!!

So unfortunately the front desk staff butchered our stay. Gorgeous pool and relaxation setting but it started when we went to book. First there computer systems must not be updated cause we couldn’t process our payment during our booking leading us to have to talk and deal with the front desk. He wasn’t very friendly and tried to belittle me ( one who rents hotels every week for business) and my friend ( one who runs another hotel ). This hotel does not only need staff but to re-train and educate the ones in customer service before letting them deal with the public.

Make sure everything is working order before you book. It is good to compare prices with different sites. Sometime you find better rate. If you ask the hotel directly they often match the price from the other sites.

The staff at the hotel were brilliant, made my twins birthday very memorable for them. They also loved the pool area, swam all day. Atrium was beautiful. Room was comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Mold in room. Dirty gross pool. Thought it was a nice place from exterior and price and pics on website.I was totally wrong, noticed a strong smell. Started looking around found around windows Mold growing we Checked out.

Overall a really great experience, people friendly and helpful. We were part of a larger group and everything went smooth. Food was good and service at restaurant was excellent. Hotel is close to the rinks for our tournament and it was nice to be able to walk to the arenas.
They don't allow delivery drivers to the room and the restaurant isn't open. I understand if it was late at night and the doors are locked but during the day I don't understand. Was not fun wanted to relax some but having to go get my food.

Not only is the inside garden /bistro /pool area stunning, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and a great price.Bonus points for being pet friendly and having amazing staff.Our front desk experience with Kelsey was excellent, both checking in and out!We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here for a week. Love the little oasis in the courtyard with the trees and lights /pool in the middle. Added such a cute personality and the hotel was very clean.Hope that you open up the restaurant by the pool soon would be so awesome to have that going .We will be back to stay here again next yr :)

I booked the hotel but there was an error on my part and it was booked the day before our arrival. Upon realizing it the person at the desk did ZERO to help us. No Empathy. No maybe we can work something out. No let me get the Manager (Maybe she was the Manager). After all the hotel had tons of rooms empty and you got money for ours the day before. You didn't have to clean it or do anything. Thanks for zero help. Anyways we went to the Marriott and had a great stay. Highly recommend it.Yeah ... Thanks Prestige. I suggest next time someone has an issue you care just a little tiny bit! Goes a long way. I wasn't looking for a freebie. Just a bit of caring from a hotel that was only 1/4 full

Between the pictures and website, you would think this place would be amazing. The food area was not open when we were there for a few days. The pool was ice cold and musty looking. It did not look clean at all. The lobby was nicely renovated which gives a false hope for the rooms to be just as beautiful. Would we stay again? Probably not. It was nice to have so many trees and outdoor ambience indoors without the risk of mosquito bites.
