I’ve recently moved here and have been getting my coffee in the morning for the last 2 weeks. They haven’t failed to either mess something up or take an absurd amount of time to take my order. Expect to wait 3-5 minutes with no one else in the drive through for them to complete your order. By far one of the worst times hortons I have ever visited in British Columbia. Do you guys not care about speed and accuracy?

NEVER get a thanks, or have a nice day, just take my money and slam the window. Tim’s has gone to crap, especially this location…

They suck! They’re too lazy to use the frozen drink machines and one of my 2 sausage farmers wraps came without hashbrowns in them. Very disappointed :(

15 minutes stuck in the drive-thru at 8 AM,ridiculous. They rush you at the window but take forever to even take your order. What kind of useless system is this? Looks like Tim Hortons only cares about timing once you’ve ordered, not before. Employee literally acted rude and impatient when I was at the window and asked me to be fast .Absolute worst Tim Hortons in Vernon.

We went through the drive-thru. We had an order with lots of changes for five people.. The woman working at the till got our order perfectly. I expected at least one mistake. My chocolate chip muffin tasted fine.

Service was absolute garbage I ordered off the kiosk and had to wait 10 minutes for my order employees just standing around doing nothing hiding and the rest just not helping people in the lobby . You shouldn’t have the front till worker doing skip and door dash orders

The manager explained to me how to use an e gift card and took the time to put it on a Tim's card for me and was happy to help me and was not annoyed. When I was leaving I told him that I will definitely come back to the Tim Hortons on Highway 6.
