I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons Landing Branch! From the moment you walk in, staffs warmly greets you with such a friendly and welcoming vibe. The staff are all incredibly accommodating, and the service is impressively quick. The food is absolutely divineāespecially with their newly revamped menu, which is full of delicious options.

Had the worst experience that this Tims tonight this is usually my to go spot but not anymore 1 I pull up to the ordering board the volume is so low you can understand the worker didnāt have over half the items I asked for 2 I pull up to the window what they gave me was not what I ordered so I asked kindly if they can remove the item I gave back as I didnāt want that what Iām gonna assume was the manger wearing a bright orange shirt rudely told me no he canāt remove the item even though I gave it back and it was not what I ordered and he repeatedly raised his voice at me telling me it was what I ordered and he told me that they didnāt have any ingredients I asked for Iām so disappointed
