The ladies bathroom was closed and the man's bathroom was discusting with very discusting fecis on the toilet seat and they left it open .Told the clerk's about it and they say do the knew about it .Our muffins were old and dry and after 15 minutes we sat in they still had not cleaned or closed the washroom I will never go back to this location ever .

WHAT is going on at this Tim Hortons??
I went through the drive-thru today and ordered TWO coffees. One was a double-double, which apparently meant double NOTHING, because there wasn’t a single taste of sugar in it. The other was a French Vanilla — the drink that’s supposed to basically be liquid sugar — and THAT also had ZERO sweetness.
How do you manage to make BOTH drinks taste like warm disappointment?? 🤨
This is genuinely strange. It feels like whoever was making the coffees was either half-asleep, mad at life, or forgot how to operate the machines completely. If I wanted sugar-free sadness in a cup, I would’ve asked for it.
We were in the drive-thru, so of course we discovered this AFTER we drove away — super fun. Now we’re basically drinking hot milk-water with caffeine vibes.

Went to this Timmy's today in the drive through. Ordered 6 packs of egg bites, and the guy even confirmed that we wanted 6 packs, not 6 egg bites total. We got 6 egg bites. They were cold, and they never gave us forks. I had to go back in, and instead of apologizing, they just handed me the boxes with a scowel and said nothing. Very disappointing. Clearly the owner and manager are not paying attention to their customer, and are not training properly.
I stood in line up for 20 minutes, ordered, only to be told 25 minutes later they didn't have the items to make the sandwiches. I treated very poorly by the on duty manager! With his i don't care attitude..

Absolutely terrible service, the lady taking your order in the drive thru was just rude and rushing you through everything got out order completely wrong, I was unwell after eating a turkey bacon club Had asked for a medium ice capp made with chocolate milk with no whip and 1 pump of caramel about three times and did not get it right then tried yelling at us calling us liars for trying to tell her how to her job right Then tried making us pay for an xtra item afterwards as well.. not impressed will not be coming back Maybe get some workers who can understand English fully.
