Every time I visit Tim Hortons it reminds me how great they used to be and how dismal it is now. The atmosphere service and products have all reached in abysmal level. It's truly astonishing how terrible this chain has become.

Went in the drive thru. Got bagel & coffee. I don't have tap, so I had to punch in my numbers. The girl at the window wanted me to hurry up. Not very nice.... Then I get home and my bagel has zero cream cheese on it & not cut. Not impressed

Been in a few times over the last few weeks. Service is friendly but slow inside, there’s no one really keeping an eye on dining room and cleaning/wiping down tables. Toilets were not checked regularly and they needed to be attended to. On my last visit there was one guy who did come out and wipe down the tables but he wasn’t wiping the whole table only sections and eventually did put the chairs back in correctly. I know how this sounds but I have worked in a similar place and it’s the details that make a first and lasting impression. They are tiny things that are easy to improve on.
