one item was completely wrong and did not receive another item. went back through the drive through and they replaced the wrong one but then said there were out of the other item that they sold me. I asked for something else and the lady was rude and then told me to wait in the parking for the item they didn’t have. waited and never came out because they did not have it.

They refused to take my garbage cups to make room for my new cup... you really need a garbage can in the drive through .... the lady wasn't exactly nice about it either4 a.m 05/02/24Please put a garbage can in the drive through for drivers garbage especially if your not going to be Courteous enough to let us use your window drive through garbage.

I have a complaint about the fulltime girl at the location 2501 58 Ave. When ever I go in and order and ask her to have the person who prepares food to change their gloves she turns and says “she’s the one” and then her and that person snicker and giggle right in front of me,(I have a life threatening allergy)I shouldn’t be judged at all for protecting me.Today April 5 8:25 am I walked in and she was chatting with a customer in the lobby, I waited patiently and she came behind the counter not acknowledging me at all and proceeded to start moving coffee around and doing things that I don't feel were pressing as she was just talking for the last 3 minutes while making me wait even longer, and not saying like I’ll be with you in a moment.I then walked away without ordering because I shouldn't be treated like that as a paying customer and then she said “bye”, in a condescending way.

The Manager (Mustfa) went above and beyond. I find most Timmy’s run out of there cheese tea biscuits in the morning but I called to see if they had any by chance and he made fresh ones for me to pick up. My sons went through the drive thru last week and had the same amazing experience and it was Mustfa that time as well. I don’t know if he is new but the customer service from him is amazing unlike any other Tims we have been to. I fully recommend this location!

This was my 138th eatery in Vernon as I try to eat at every eatery in the city.I bought two Canadian Maple donuts for $3.34 after tax.The service was friendly and the booth was comfortable.The selection of what to buy was limited. None of the food matched the labels on the display. The customer in front of me was very confused as he didn't know the names of any of the donuts.I doubt I will be back if it is in the evening due to the limited selection. I wanted at least one Boston Cream.138 eateries down in town. We're almost there.
Even after double toasting the English muffin, it still wasn't crispy. The sausage is just ok, and their hash browns taste microwaved. Even their coffee isn't that great anymore.

Today I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and it tastes like water with pumpkin spice. The service at this location has always been horrible. The workers rush you at the drive-through shove your order in your face and say thank you thank you. I don't even have enough time to put my card away. Also, the workers speak to the other workers in a different language which is rude. Even though this location is close to where I live I will not be using it anymore.

Contacted Tim Hortons and they took care of the problem. Pumpkin spice latte 4.50 tried it because of the ads on tv. Terrible. Did not taste like pumpkin at all. tasted more like a dirt latte.
