I visited this store right before closing, and I was extremely hungry. Despite being about to close, the closing team went out of their way to make sure I could get something to eat. I didn’t get their names, but the staff—who appeared to be of Indian or Pakistani background—were incredibly kind and helpful. Hats off to the team for their excellent service. Thank you so much!

The new look is wonderful and matches the improved attitudes of the staff. At times I have noticed that there are quite a few new staff that are still leaking the ropes, but they are eager and willing to learn, and want us customers to be happy. I have always enjoyed my drinks and food here. And now you can skip the line with ordering from the screen (or your phone as well).
The new bathrooms are very nice also!

Tim Hortons in Vernon is a great stop for coffee and quick bites. The staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Coffee and food are consistently fresh. Overall, a reliable spot for your daily caffeine fix and a good example of classic Tim Hortons hospitality.

I went to Tim Hortons yesterday to grab some food for me and my colleagues. I clearly mentioned that I wanted veggie before I ordered, and when I went to work, I found all the bowls had chicken. I went back to replace them, but still she was blaming me for that. We had wraps as well, and she wrote “veggie” on them, so we didn’t open to check, but when I opened them, they also had chicken.
We did complain to their manager, and today when I went again for the order, the same girl who took my order talked so rude and showed unprofessional behaviour towards me. Still, she tried to blame me for her mistake.
I have been going to Tim Hortons for a very long time, but I think I will never go again because of their unprofessional behaviour.

Worst Tim Hortons in town, they will consistently forget your order and you'll have to ask these foreign language speaking people for what you ordered and get looked at funny for it, you'll probably not get cutlery or anything you actually want, all wraps and sandwiches are barely made correctly most of the time.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Tim Hortons on 27th Street, Vernon. I ordered a large coffee with single sugar and double cream, a crispy chicken wrap, and an iced coffee. Instead of preparing it as requested, they gave me double sugar in my coffee.

When I pointed out the mistake, the staff were not willing to accept responsibility. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, they argued with me and told me they wouldn’t take any action against the person who made the mistake, even saying “do what you can do.”

This is not a small issue—due to the excess sugar, my blood sugar spiked and I began to feel unwell. For someone with health concerns, especially in a community like Vernon where many seniors live, this kind of negligence can put lives at risk.

It is unacceptable for a brand like Tim Hortons to have unqualified staff who are careless with customer health and unwilling to acknowledge mistakes. If this is the standard Tim Hortons plans to follow, the community should seriously reconsider supporting this location. The management must ensure that qualified staff are hired and proper quality standards are followed to protect customers’ safety.
