Tim's CHANGE your instore menu so we can read the damn thing! It is all video recorded and bounces all over without giving the costumer a chance to peruse why "they might like to order". You cannot view a standard menu anywhere in store. How are we supposed to choose what we want????

Absolutely horrible service, so many staff and 10 min for a bagle, last order coming out first, didn't ask about smile cookies, tims points nothing. I love Tim hortons. I will never go to Tim Hortons in Vernon again. Starbucks from now on.

First off there's a place to plug in your cell phones for a quick charge. they respectful breakfast courteous and there's lots of room to cozy on in great service guys.Kid-friendliness: What place sells donuts that doesn't kid friendly? Come on, of course, this is kid friendly.

I will not be going to this location anymore. The drive thru service sucks. They can’t understand your order, never have donuts or Tim bits ready, they can’t count change back, and they speak to each other in languages other than English. I’m fed up with the service and the product quality…the amount of times I have to return my order and wait for it to be right is unacceptable.
