Don't go late just before they close, Walk-in closes at 11. You get a sandwich that is not fresh and cold from sitting there. They charge you an extra separate .25 for a take out bag. How chintzy is that ? What's next, a packet of ketchup for .05?

The food was good but it’s unacceptable for these multi-national corporations to not accept Amex, regardless of the fact that they’re franchise-owned. Simply greedy!

Hamburger was good but super expensive. Hard to believe how busy it was considering the high prices.
Husband and I came in on March 24. We asked for both bathrooms to be unlocked as we needed to use them. Nothing happened. We asked again and only the men's got unlocked. While ordering, husband asked them a third time to have the women's washroom to be unlocked. Nothing. Then husband said is there a problem as to why the door is not being unlocked so my wife can use them. They quickly unlocked it. There was a mom and daughter also wanting to use the washroom so I held the door open so they can use it also. I am not a MAN. I am a 28 year old WOMAN with short hair.

Was actually brutal. The manager ignored us waiting to order in the restaurant. We stood there for a good while…… I understand being busy but acknowledge that people are waiting. A simple “sorry be with you right away” would go a long ways. The garbage cans were overflowing also. I also get being understaffed. Customer service has gone way down in the past while at this Vernon Wendy’s …… Considering there are a lot of choices for a quick bite, I hope this review gets read and they make some changes. Wishing you guys luck.

Very consistent burgers, accurate drive-through. Side salads can be smaller than other locations. New seating inside is fairly uncomfortable.

Typical gong show. Ask for crackers spoon and napkins Get spoon hot sauce crackers and no napkins Every time I order chilli they give me hot sauce even when I tell them no. You have to ask for a spoon other wise you have to eat with your fingers
