I'm not sure why the reviews were so terrible. It's a Wendy's and got exactly what I expected. Food was consistent with a Wendy's.
The lobby on the other hand was very dirty. Food everywhere. Not many tables were cleaned and the floor in around a 15 foot radius around the drink fountain was sticky... I mean really sticky.

The food is as expected and I enjoy their burgers. They've got one of the new pop dispensers with tons of flavours. The restaurant is usually clean, too. However, the parking lot is tricky with the drive-thru lineup making it hard to access some of the spots. And customer service inside is always painfully slow. You can be standing right at the till either waiting to order or to have them unlock the bathroom door, and several employees will walk back and forth without acknowledging that you're waiting.

Went through the drive thru and took 10 minutes to make our order while about 10 other cars had gotten their food. Then we come out missing a set of fries and the fries we did get are squished from how they loaded the bag.

To be honest, I’ve been feeling very negative about Wendy’s lately. but in the evening on the way, I had to stop by. and I am very pleasantly surprised!!! The guy at the checkout is just super!!! very nice service!!! very clean and nice!!! well done

Nothing there is could eat and I went with a friend and her food wasn't cooked all the way through.
They are charging $.25 for paper bags now. No other fast food place does that.

Every time we went to drive thru, we had to argue with them about what we ordered... Go to Burger King and they get it right the first time and give us the food how we want it!

No napkins, wait in front of line to make an order for almost 5 minutes while they walk back and forth. Looking at you but no acknowlegement. Another buisness going down hill due to aliens undercutting our own citizens as government pays 70% of there wage... where are all the csucasian workers.???
