Waited to be seated and then waited for over 20 minutes for a waitress to come by. We finally left and went to another restaurant. This was our second try there and it seems as if the service hasn’t improved at all. Officially off our list.

What has happens to White Spot? We have been going to white spot on a regular basis for years. Never had a bad experience until today.
Service was extremely slow and they were not very busy. We waited for over an hour for a Nats Breakfast and a Thai chicken salad. I’ve had this salad before and loved it, however this salad came out looking limp and smothered in the dressing. Missing 3 ingredients. Upon letting the waitress know, she said they would make up another. It would only be 10 minutes. Ok.. salad arrives and waitress takes the other away. The new salad has no chicken!
I go to talk to someone and catch a gal coming out of kitchen. Explain to her that my salad now has zero chicken.
Her response with a very annoyed look.. “my understanding is it was missing 3 ingredients. Well there is no chicken.. she repeats her answer with a very angry look and no apology. I say” oh was I supposed to keep the chicken from the other salad?!
She turns and walks away saying she will talk to another person.
No apology .. seriously! I asked our waitress if the other salad had already been discarded as it had the chicken in it and this one doesn’t. Yup , gone.
Had them remove the salad from table and bill. Then when my husband was done his food.. I went to chopped leaf and had a wonderfully fresh salad with all the ingredients! White spot has lost a couple of regular customers that used to take all out of town friends there as well!
The table before us complained as well that they waited well over an hour in a not crowded restaurant as well.

3rd time I’ve given this place a try, other white spots just fine, this one, terrible. Very very slow service, food was ok only. Just very slow! 10 mins to get seated or even acknowledged, another 15 minutes waiting for waitress, table was dirty, finally got it wiped and order given. Another 30 mins waiting for that. Waitress never appeared again until we got her attention to get bill and get out. A marathon of waiting, bad service, and only ho hum food. Do better.

It was very underwhelming. Food was cold. And just not great. Service was poor. Drinks were never filled. We used to go every summer to the Vernon White Spot when in the area. I don't think we will be back.

I ordered take out. I had hoped to have to wait a few minutes when I came exactly on time. I did have to wait. I had ordered milkshakes with our meal and so had hoped they would not prepare them until I arrived. I was not disappointed.

The host was a bit awkward but nice enough. The person who helped me carry my larger order out to the car was very pleasant, I bet they are a good server.

The food was amazing! And filling. All of us had leftovers from our meals. My one and only complaint was my onion rings were stone cold(they were not with the milkshakes, those were in a cooler.) and so not the best. But that was partly expected given it was take-out.

The legendary burger was really legendarily plain. A bun, a nothing special patty, some sauces, and a side salad, 18 dollars please. The bacon cheddar burger has bacon, cheddar, lattice and tomatoes, with side salad, for 22 dollars.

Don't bother with legendary burger.

Restaurant was clean and update, service was good. Menu prices were shocking, given the quality of food. Typical big chain restaurants. Better food can be had in other local options.
