We were recouping after an emotional situation with our dog. To cheer up my 7 year old, I snuck off and asked the waitress if she could sneak him a couple extra gold coins to his pirate pack. Something that on the day we got the dog, Kelowna white spot did as a surprise to him. This would be kinda full circle thing. The waitress in Vernon was amazing not only did she give him a couple extra. she gave him a small bag of extras with a heart on it. This was above and beyond and such a touching moment for my son. It instantly cheered him up. So grateful for their kind gesture on such a difficult day.

Horrible service today. Arrived at 105pm. Was seated but no one came for 20 minutes. I firstly had to go find a server.. they said they would he right there and no one came. Finally 35 min after we arrived someone showed up. She said that we were not her table do what do we want. My daughter and I almost asked out. We felt like we were an inconvenience to them. Food took a long time and when it did come we had to go ask for cutlery. Never came back and we had to wait for another 25 min for out bill to come. We were polite and didn't cause any issues. Told the server we were not happy and she would tell the manager but no one came. Ver disappointed. Was not that busy to be forgotten.

We had the Christmas turkey dinner and it was delicious. The young lady looking after us was very polite, friendly and happy. Thank you for a delicious meal.

Waited a very long time for food. Watching others get their meals, who ordered after us. Finally enquired and was told there was a computer error. More likely our order was not input until I enquired. Two orders of poutine were served before third meal, they were cold, cheese had not even melted. Had third order put straight into a takeout container when it was finally done because everything took so long. Used restroom, one stall out of order, lock broken on one of two working stalls. Overall disappointed, had far better experience at fast food restaurant the day before.

We came in sunday evening. We had been in the past but it was slow service and had avoided it. This time was 100 percent plus better. Mandy was our server, she was sweet, kind, funny and extremly attentive. Our food was fresh and delicious. What a turnaround!! We will be back for sure.
