Although the food was alright,Several of our plates were dirty and we cleaned it by hand with a paper towel (instead of sending the plate back)I dont want to eat from the remnants of someone else's dinner, I rather wait a few minutes longer and have clean plates instead of having it rushed and have dirty plates like we had

Long time getting food...coffee is awful ? Dom is great which makes up for it. Not much for franchise restaurants.

First off the coffee was $4.30! They should warn you about that when ordering. A beer was only $2.00 more. What the heck. Was ok. The costs of the mains ($22-26) would lead me to more of a quality experience. The only bonus was that 1 child per adult ate free. Our server wasn't really on the ball and it was 445pm so being busy wasn't an excuse.I'd maybe go back, but only on the Tuesday to get a free kids meal,,,,but I won't be rushing back.

Took a while to just be seen and a bit more to be seated, had a quesadilla it was good but nothing to rave about. The pico salsa was almost better than entree. Staff where friendly, clean restaurant family

Dined in with my family, the waiter was very kind and efficient, assisted with our silly whats good here questions and gave good recommendations. Food was what a person has come to expect from this franchise. The waiter was even kind enuff to give the kids multi flavored iced cream at their request.

Service was great , and I have been there numerous times . However, this was the first time that the zoo sticks were soggy . Very soggy.

Bring back the Turkey dinner full timeBring back the Chicken Pot PieBurger’s are always tasty but to pay $2 extra on a $23 burger and all the fixings for a small amount of Triple O Sauce on the side is petty. The sad thing is we will be back as White Spot burgers are tasty when brought to you hot.Parking: Easy parking lot to use and handicap spotsKid-friendliness: Kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes

What in the actual heck White Spot?!I was craving a legendary, the legendary I remember from my childhood. Delicious thick triple o sauce, thick juicy patty....that's not at all what I got. I got soggy tomatoes that looked like they'd been chewed and spat out already. I got a thin, dry patty and hardly any sauce. I also got my mom a burger, we were both so disappointed. What is most disappointing is that 2 burgers cost us $50. I felt robbed. I understand inflation, everything is more expensive, but when you're selling a soggy and dry burger for $25, you need to to better. How is a burger so wet and so dry at the same time?! I was left wishing I had ordered from A&W who makes far superior burgers for half the price.White Spot, give your heads a shake. Worst burger I've ever had.
