You can tell by the beef dip that tastes like cardboard that they use the cheapest of ingredients available. How sad, I really expected better from a place that people speak highly about. It would seem that the high praise is simply out of pitty

Went to Vernon wings on wing night. Wings were on special but wingers were full price at $21.50 for 11. I have been to Kelowna wings and west Kelowna wings where they were both on special for the same price.
Nobody even said wingers weren’t on special upon ordering. Never coming here again. Good job manager. Server had to apologize on your behalf, good call.

Came in for dinner, food came out fast but the server wasn’t the best barely came over to refill drinks or ask if everything was ok food wise. Two sets of fries with two meals were so salty you couldn’t eat them. They tried replacing them but the fries were still so salty not even ketchup could help.

Nice restaurant, and was a short walk from our hotel and the casino. It was very quiet for a Friday, so the atmosphere felt like a Monday. Service was good, had a zero beer that was very good, and the wing flavors we chose were good, however the wings themselves seemed like they were old. The bones broke apart easily and were black inside. Not sure what this means, but isn't something I see often when eating wings.

Over all experience each time I have been there has been good. Just a bit pricey for me. I would reccomend.
Everything started off good, until the food came. After my child took her first bite out of her hamburger, I thought I could see raw meat - I took out my phone, as the restaurant is so dim you can't see if your food is fully cooked. We opened up her hamburger, and her hamburger was raw - to the point the inside was cold. We had to call the waitress over - as she hadn't came to check in on how the food was, and she said she'd go get a new one made. By the time the hamburger finally made it out to us, my daughter had snacked on everyone else's food enough to be full, so the hamburger was useless. Paying over $10 for a kids meal, for it to not even be cooked properly for them to eat - to not even being offered a discount , first for the raw food they decided to try and pass by as edible to eat, to the long wait we had waiting for a new one.
The chicken wings - aren't anything special. Very dry. We were expecting amazing wings and we're excited, however felt the cold pizza that we had at the hotel from the night before was good enough to eat, instead of ordering even more wings to fill us up.
After our experience, we don't feel that we will be returning. Tried once, and definitely left less than impressed.

Not only was this the worst wings I’ve ever eaten it’s probably the worst meal I’ve ever had in my life. In fact it’s in the garbage. It was well overpriced. I really expected it to be delicious and it was disgusting. It didn’t come with any dip, celery, nothing and it’s gross. Do not order their food. It’s disgusting what they are calling dry is gross soggy muck and it’s flavorless. It’s not hot. It should’ve been hot. I ordered too hot flavours and they should’ve been hot and they’re lame at best absolutely disgusting. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. This was a delivery order, but that is no excuse for crap especially when two orders of wing costed $89
