Incredible overall experience. Wandered in on a Saturday afternoon just as they were closing. The owner George made us two of the best lattes we've ever had and let us hang out after closing, chatting about his equipment, roasting (he fine-tunes all his roasts himself) and everything else coffee related. We did manage to snag a few bags of beans, but because it was the end of the day, was out of most types. Get there early if you want the best selection of beans!

George makes really amazing pour overs. If you're passionate about really good coffee and are in Victoria when 109 is open, prioritize a stop here. Don't trust the Google hours

Best flat white in the city!!

Phenomenal coffee and service. We found this place on Saturday and came back on Sunday for another round and to buy coffee beans. The specialty offee options for the pour over were all excellent, and I love being able to smell the beans before choosing. His technique is meticulous and really shows in the cup. The presentation is excellent as well.

Top notch coffee. 10/10. You can tell from the moment you walk down that you’re about to receive one of the best cups of coffee you’ve ever had. The atmosphere is incredibly unique - a very nice quiet break from the hustle and bustle all around you downtown. And you can tell the owner cares about making a quality cup. It is now my go-to coffee shop downtown!

Amazing coffee quality , customer service and vibe ! I tried 3 different espressos and they were all so good ! I couldn’t recommend this place more ! Super happy that I found it and I’ll keep coming back THANKS !
