I've been to this location multiple times and it's always terrible. Once, I was the only person in the restaurant and my food took a long time, when they served me, they looked me in the eye and said "sorry, we are really busy." Again, I was the only person. Slow service, probably the wrong order, go anywhere else. The drive through isn't any better.

They charge you more for the chicken cheddar burgers than advertised on the menu and don’t bother to tell you that you are being charged more. I thought my meal was a little expensive so I looked at my receipt and saw they had charged me an extra couple dollars on all the sandwiches I had bought. They then said there was nothing they could do. Not super impressed !

This A & W by Costco is the best in Victoria in our opinion! The staff work hard and are sure it’s kept really clean at all times. Great service too and definitely where we always prefer to come!

Got the Spicy Habanero Chicken Burger with sweet potato fries. September 5, 2024 @ around 9pm. Fries were amazing fresh and hot ? . I must had, the burger buns were fresh soft and nice just the way I like it. It was evident that the lettuce was fresh and juicy ? Amazing job on that burger!! Definitely 10/10 recommend.
Let me no forget about the environment, how clean it was. The bathroom was fresh and welcoming. Job well done to whom ever clean ? ?
