Usually I love A&W food, but the breakfast sandwich I had was so greasy it was dripping and sliding apart. Worse sandwich I have ever had there.
UPDATE: A&W's manager invited back for a chance to make the meal right. I ordered the same meal and it was fantastic. Cooked perfectly and not a drop of grease, huge improvement. This is exactly what I expect from A&W. Thank you Gina.

I was allowed to use the restroom without paying anything, even though I asked if I needed to pay beforehand.
Also, I got a glass of water for free afterwards.
I don’t remember who this sweet woman was, but I really hope she is a well treated employee. She was so kind. 🙂
