I got the spicy pickle burger and it was pretty good. This store is as good as any other a&w I've been to. The employees seem well trained and happy which is a plus. But it is an a&w and fast food isn't 5star worthy.Parking: It's a mall location and the mall has a lot of parking.

Ordered the chicken cruncher sandwich and it was amazing (very filling though). Long line up but moved quickly. The two girls were amazing and fast. Happy holidays!

=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE This review is based solely on the kid's meal for my little one. McDonald's would be of better value, but this is OK if you're in the area / in a pinch! === 2. FOOD Kid's Strip Combo - $7.92 as spec'd: The pricing is a little deceiving, as what is on the menu board is not what you pay - it changes depending on what you order option-wise: - Burger, cheeseburger, or two chicken strips. - Small fries or apple slices. (it's $4.50 for the fries alone, gulp!) - Choice of juice, milk, or chocolate milk. - Mini MadeGood chocolate chip granola bar. No toy or book, and so this might be for little ones (4 and under), or children with smaller appetites. === 3. SERVICE It's the food court in the mall, and the service met expectations. I get it - post-pandemic it's tough to find help in a food court joint, so I expected and saw the two young staff members chatting with each other more than serving us. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. === 4. ENVIRONMENT It's the Hillside Centre food court - so it's bright, airy, open, and you can bring everyone here! Wheelchairs and baby strollers will have no issues, and you should be able to get a spot to park in the spacious mall parking lot.

I ordered my chubby chicken meal with onion rings(extra seasoning) and apple juice. First of all, I got a beef burger instead of a chicken burger and I WAS ALMOST ABOUT TO BREAK MY RELIGION. My religion does not allow me to eat beef, thank god I spotted the beef without taking any bites. Secondly, the onion rings with extra seasoning, the seasoning was so extra that it was not eatable at all. The rings were so dark with so much seasoning and it was so so so salty. Literally had to throw them out. Very disappointed

I went to A&W yesterday around 10:15 am for lunch. Before I go there, I made a call to A&W and asked if its still breakfast time or I can order lunch too and the guy over the phone told me yes you can come and ask for it. When I asked the cashier that I want to order few lunch items and she told me they have to prepare lunch from scratch because its their breakfast time or do you want to wait 8-10 minutes.So I replied, “Alright I will wait for 10 minutes.” And she again repeated the same question in a very ignorant way and making faces on me and I replied again politely ok I will wait and she again said but we have to prepare it from scratch and I said ok and she continued to repeat the same question again and again while making the hated face towards me. And then I left after saying, “ Its ok I will leave”.I mean I have made a call before hand asking for lunch , you could easily say no to me.I didn’t understand yet and I am not person to make a bad review because I understand everyone’s situation. But I’m not sure if that was racism or what.I suggest if you are not willing work why you are at restaurant then, go home and chill. There are a lot more people who are willing to work and will sure give best towards customer service.Its bugging me and traumatizing me and A&W is one of my favourite place to eat.Why would she do that…!!!

Got the new Louisiana chicken burger and the first bite had white curly hairs in it.. I felt terrible bringing it back to complain but I basically had no other choice and I really regret not getting my refund because the second one I got was awful. A&w is my go to fast food but this will definitely be the last time I come to a&w. I feel like a karen writting this review but that was a brutal experience. So brutal I just spent the last 4 minutes writing this. I really do hope the management sees this, I didn't wanna make a fuss in the mall but I am honestly disgusted by this so here's my review. 0/5 stars
