Terrible food! We online ordered teen burger and onion rings and drive through to pick up. The woman who served us the food, kept making a sullen face. When we arrived home and opened package. We got a mushy burger and onion rings that had been fried countless times! The onion rings were mushy and hard. Look at the pictures! It’s terrible!

I ordered three Beyond Beef Burgers and two sweet potato fries.
The potato fries were soaking in oil with no life on them. We threw them in the garbage.
The burgers had cold buns and thick lettuce leaves, which were hard to chew.

And the lady wouldn't let me because it would make them uncomfortable apparently? what a piece of work ruin my day she couldn't let me do a nice thing for my friend. For a new year's gift, do something small like a free meal for a buddy what a ahole

We had the pleasure of walking into Colwood A&W and being served by Henner. They were so kind to my 9 yr old daughter and gave us amazing service! I even went back after ordering for a forgotten request to cut a burger in half and both Henner and the other staff member were so kind with me and didn’t make me feel like I was putting them out. My child and I went into the bathrooms and they were clean and smelled fresh. We will go to this location again for sure!

Ordered the cheddar and bacon uncle burger and it was very good. I always forget A&W just doesn’t taste like fast food. You don’t feel disgusting afterwards. Service was good and a short wait but worth it.
