I am really disappointed to share my experience from this a&w location drive through. I ordered 2 new peri peri beef burger and 2 sides of onion. To be honest the onion rings which i ordered were warm and crispy but unfortunately the burgers were so cold and buns were like its just came from the fridge. The patties don't even meet the food safety standards. Please train your employees how to work as per the food safety standards and please do something to prevent this disastrous experience.
