Just picked up take-out for quick dinner between two jobs. The Chubby Chicken Burger had a pea size of mayo, it was very dry. Too much lettuce. Same with the poutine, I'd say about a table spoon of sauce, super dry. I used to go to that location specifically as they were good, friendly service, but if that's the quality of food now, maybe not anymore?
Most courteous and helpful staff very friendly.

A&W wins the fast food game with consistency hands down. The food is good, reasonably priced and exactly the same everywhere you go. I have had A&W in three different provinces. The last time at the Esquimalt location was exactly what I expected Canada 's classic teen burger done right. The same way it has been for a few decades. Consistency for the win A Dub!
