Ordered a buddy burger and the patty didn't even cover half the bun, if I wanted a bun with sauce I would have ordered that. Seems like management is cheaping out on what burgers they order to cut costs.

I’ve been going to this A&W location for 3 years. And now, I will leave a review. The food is always exceptional in comparison to other fast foods. (e.g. McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger King.) The slight price hike in comparison to these chains is worth the raised quality of product you receive.

Service is outstanding as well, with an example being when I received a bacon, egg n cheese when I ordered a sausage. When I inquired with the worker at the front, I was immediately given a second breakfast sandwich without further questioning.

The atmosphere is good as well. However, sometimes there can be instances of tables being not cleaned after being used. Although, it’s the customers' moral responsibility to clean up after themselves; at least good enough for another person to use it afterwards.

Vegetarian options: There are no true vegetarian options as, Beyond Meat burger patties are cooked on the same surfaces as their standard beef patties. As well as, fries being cooked in the same oil as the chicken products.

Dietary restrictions: As for dietary restrictions, you are able to ask for a change of sauce, or removal of it entirely, and burger toppings can be removed and added to your liking.

Parking: Abundant parking. But, can be difficult to find a spot by the entrances.

Kid-friendliness: Has kids meals. Front staff are often handing out root beer lollipops to kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator that connects the top and bottom floors of the mall to get to the A&W.

10/10 to Belle. She was happy, calm, efficient, clean, and really went above and beyond.

We came in at 4:57pm when the restaurant closed at 5pm. The employee did not know that I was exhausted and my kid was hungry and we were on our way to hockey practice. She was just delightful and served us even though she didn’t have to.

The food was fresh and hot and she heard me mention my son’s brother and gave us an extra lollipop for him.

I know fastfood chains can seem short staffed during lunch rush but the front should be manned by someone who is efficient enough to deal with dine in/take out and mobile order/pick up. When someone has been standing at mobile order for a while, the staff should atleast ask especially when she is calling out orders anyway (since she is on that spot already and will not take 2 mins to do) instead of looking away trying to avoid eye contact to help get storefront whose order would have taken 10mins of wait.
