Double charges on our credit card for online ordering. That we never got. So we went in to order instead. Guy didn't change his gloves after turning on the light back on (the co worker in the back turned it off for some reason) the co worker in the back then proceeded to wipe his hands then his nose woth the same napkin. This place was good in thw beginning. Not any more.

The gentleman working while I ordered my bowl put around 1 small scoop of each topping I ordered. Not the same experience I’ve had at other locations or in the past. Asked for double chicken and received the regular amount. Proceeded to repeatedly grunt and roll his eyes.
Environment is nice and food tastes good.
Was charged over 20$ for a bowl that was only half full and employee was far from friendly or respectful.

Catered for a team of 28 professional rugby players and staff on visiting to play against pacific pride. With that being said nutrient quality & volume is paramount. They delivered on both.
Food was on time, hot and the owner constantly communicated throughout the week regarding updates on the order or further clarity. Price point exceptional.
If we came back, they would be the first person I’d call for a catering meal.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had here. I ordered a bowl with spicy chicken — the guy nodded and started making it, then casually dumped in plain grilled chicken. When I stopped him and asked, “Is this spicy chicken?” he finally admitted, “We’re out of spicy, I’ll just make this spicy.” Seriously? At least have the courtesy to tell me before throwing in the wrong thing. If I hadn’t questioned it, I’d never even know.
Then came the sauces. I asked for one, then another, and as I was about to ask for a third, he slammed the box shut and said, “We only put two sauces.” Funny, because I’ve been here plenty of times before and never once had that issue.
So in one visit: wrong protein, no communication, and suddenly new “rules” about sauces that don’t match what I’ve experienced before. Completely inconsistent, rude, and disappointing. Won’t be coming back after this.
