This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had here. I ordered a bowl with spicy chicken — the guy nodded and started making it, then casually dumped in plain grilled chicken. When I stopped him and asked, “Is this spicy chicken?” he finally admitted, “We’re out of spicy, I’ll just make this spicy.” Seriously? At least have the courtesy to tell me before throwing in the wrong thing. If I hadn’t questioned it, I’d never even know.
Then came the sauces. I asked for one, then another, and as I was about to ask for a third, he slammed the box shut and said, “We only put two sauces.” Funny, because I’ve been here plenty of times before and never once had that issue.
So in one visit: wrong protein, no communication, and suddenly new “rules” about sauces that don’t match what I’ve experienced before. Completely inconsistent, rude, and disappointing. Won’t be coming back after this.

Disappointing Experience Visited during a promotional day and it was a mess. Only two staff were working, and both kept disappearing into the back while the front line kept growing. It was clear they were prioritizing SkipTheDishes orders over the people actually standing there waiting. Service was painfully slow, and it felt like in-person customers were an afterthought. Poor planning and lack of urgency ruined what should’ve been a good experience.
pls never get rid of the twisted shrimp.. its my lifeblood. Also try the lime crema. staff are really friendly, and the prices are fair for the quality.
