Every place I go.... I get a Breve' and it's made with 33% cream.... Starbucks, Moka house, Higher Ground, Good Earth. At this place I made sure that they would be doing it that way and they said oh we don't do it that way we don't make it that way and we won't make it that way. WHAT'S the point of spending $10 which included tip if they're not going to make your coffee the way you want it. Update.....My friend that was with me, asked for a splash of whip cream in his coffee and was also refused...... Bad customer service. On a final note, I forgot to mention.... it would be nice if all customer service places would give their employees name tags that they are required to wear. This incident above is a teachable moment. Unfortunately, the owner will not be able to help those individuals be better at their job. There were three people involved and none of them fessed up. REPLY TO OWNER Both my friend and I are very positive individuals. It was the attitude I received from the first individual and then I was ganged up on by two others that came to that individual's rescue even though I tried to be positive all I got was negative feedback. I was not offered any alternative and I was not offered my moneyback. THEY HAD NOT STARTED TO MAKE MY COFFEE AND AGAIN SUPER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My husband and I go weekly for tea and coffee. Everyone that works there is amazing and very kind. Love the atmosphere. They have the best oat chai lattes, no sugar added, which I love. Would highly recommend this little gem.
They got rid of the raspberry chocolate chip muffin. This place is dead to me.
The most beautiful americano on Earth.
Such a lovely cafe!
Great coffee, great place to work.

A cute cafe with interesting surfboard decoration. The coffee is really tasty and the chai latte is unsweetened and delicious. On a small table next to the counter you can find different types of milk, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, etc. There is a small selection of cookies and cakes, as well as savory items. There are tables and chairs in front of the café where you can drink your coffee. Inside it is cozy and rustic.

Great little coffee shop in the heart of Chinatown! I’d say probably my fav coffee shop in town, great selection of different drinks! Staffs are super friendly as well!

This is my hands down favorite place for coffee in the city. The staff are unbelievably friendly, service is a quick, and the coffee is always perfect. It's a great place to hang out, people watch, read, or meet friends. If you're hungry while you're there, try one of the sandwiches (the tuna Diablo is incredible) or their delicious soups with a side of focaccia toast.
Vegetarian options: The garden theif is a fantastic option!
Dietary restrictions: They are so good about accommodations!

I ordered a medium matcha and small hot chocolate. I think the hot chocolate is a lot better than any of the hot chocolates I've had in Toronto. It's not too sweet and has a good chocolate taste that's just right. The matcha is a bit more bitter than I'm used to in Toronto. I find matcha in Toronto tastes a bit more smooth. It's not too bitter for someone that takes their green tea without anything though.

Simply not worth it without their vegan panini. So much meat and dairy.
$6.50 for a iced mocha. It was a grande size compared to Starbucks. Didnt taste any different.
I would just go to Starbucks next time for a venti size for more amount and less price (iced shaken espresso for $5.5).
This place seemed popular so I was to curious to try, but probably would not come back. It did have a nice atmosphere.
