A cute cafe with interesting surfboard decoration. The coffee is really tasty and the chai latte is unsweetened and delicious. On a small table next to the counter you can find different types of milk, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, etc. There is a small selection of cookies and cakes, as well as savory items. There are tables and chairs in front of the café where you can drink your coffee. Inside it is cozy and rustic.

Great little coffee shop in the heart of Chinatown! I’d say probably my fav coffee shop in town, great selection of different drinks! Staffs are super friendly as well!

This is my hands down favorite place for coffee in the city. The staff are unbelievably friendly, service is a quick, and the coffee is always perfect. It's a great place to hang out, people watch, read, or meet friends. If you're hungry while you're there, try one of the sandwiches (the tuna Diablo is incredible) or their delicious soups with a side of focaccia toast.

Vegetarian options: The garden theif is a fantastic option!

Dietary restrictions: They are so good about accommodations!

I ordered a medium matcha and small hot chocolate. I think the hot chocolate is a lot better than any of the hot chocolates I've had in Toronto. It's not too sweet and has a good chocolate taste that's just right. The matcha is a bit more bitter than I'm used to in Toronto. I find matcha in Toronto tastes a bit more smooth. It's not too bitter for someone that takes their green tea without anything though.

Simply not worth it without their vegan panini. So much meat and dairy.

$6.50 for a iced mocha. It was a grande size compared to Starbucks. Didnt taste any different.

I would just go to Starbucks next time for a venti size for more amount and less price (iced shaken espresso for $5.5).

This place seemed popular so I was to curious to try, but probably would not come back. It did have a nice atmosphere.

A friend recommended it to me as a great café latte restaurant, so I went there and was very satisfied. It was definitely deep and delicious! The store atmosphere was nice and there were a lot of people visiting! I intend to visit again! Iced Cafe Latte Medium $5.50

The worst matcha latte I've ever tasted. Kinda disappointed. But my friends liked their coffee...

Great coffee! Very busy with locals, so you know it's legit. Stayed for a week in Victoria and had coffee here 5 or 6 of the days. We wanted to try other cafes, and there were LOTS of them, but we couldn't...this one was too good.

I ordered an Americano, no additives, every morning. Other drinks my group ordered were a Cappuccino, Chai Latte, and a Mocha. All were excellent.

Pastries were amazing as well with lots of options.

Lots of indoor and outdoor seating with a great vibe.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Never waited long for drinks despite the constant stream of customers.

Ordered some espresso beans to bring home with me.

I ordered a medium coffee in a large cup. I was told they’re not allowed to do that but she’ll “let me get away with it”
Then she handed me a large cup that was less than half full with coffee and swiftly walked away.
I asked the only other person behind the counter if that was really the amount of a medium coffee. He rolled his eyes at me and said “it sure is but I’ll check for you” and proceeded to pour it into a medium cup. When the medium cup was only about 2/3 full, he silently filled it up and poured it back into the large cup. Then put it on the counter without looking at me or saying anything and walked away.

The last time I bought a coffee here, the cup lid leaked all over me while I was driving. I wanted my coffee in a larger cup so that I could avoid having it leak again.

They could have said no to my request, they could have asked why I wanted my coffee in a larger cup, but they chose to be rude about it. Even if I wanted extra room for extra milk, the 6 cents it would have cost them doesn’t justify the horrible service they provided.

I’ve worked in coffee shops and various other customer service roles and I can say with confidence that the service at this place is deplorable.
