Like the atmosphere and the coffee they serve, but had bad experience with service.I asked how to use the loyalty card and told them I was having trouble adding the card on their app. The staff said, in annoyed tone, that she doesn’t know and it’s the online/ whole headquarter thing then walked away.

I had an oat chai latte here yesterday. The atmosphere was cute, but the latte itself was undrinkable. It was essentially water with some cinnamin on top. Would not go back here.

I usually only drink lattes with syrup, but this was my first time trying a plain latte, and it was an excellent choice! It's savory and really delicious.. The atmosphere is also really nice, so I really recommend it!!

We have been buying their Black Dragon organic beans since 2008. Amazing vibe and some of the most hard working staff I have seen in Victoria. Tuna diablo panini is a nice treat.

We had the iced matcha and hot mocha. The matcha was pretty good, tasted a bit nutty for some reason but good, had to add extra sugar though. The mocha was okay too, have had better. The store is cute.
Tourist trap. First time here and watched them pull more than 5 shots from the same puck. My latte tasted like bitter water, I took a sip and dumped it in the bushes down the street.Better go to Habit Coffee one street south.
