Very kind couple. Whenever I go there I feel like I am in my parents' house. The gentle man (the owner) makes me feel very welcome. I love the soup it is rich, with reasonable prices and convenient locations. There is something special about that cafe. It reminds me back home. You should go and see it for yourself. Great place to grab some joe. Literally, a mom-and-pop shop, since it’s run by a friendly older couple. I found it a refreshing change from the snobbery one sometimes finds at trendier, more upscale joints. Coffee with a smile. What a concept.

I just grabbed a breakfast sandwich and top notch! The jalapeño cheddar bagel was so good. The owners are very nice and artwork is super cool! I hope to travel to Victoria again for a visit and breakfast.

A perfect place for an early morning coffee. The only non-Starbucks open at 6am. The owners are incredibly charming and friendly, serving fantastic coffee. The apple cinnamon crumble was to die for. Really happy I popped in.

My friend and I were in Victoria to hike the West Coast Trail. In the two days before and the day after Bean Bandit's became a comforting place to be guaranteed good food, good coffee and friendly service. I took a cookie on the trail and on day two it was an exceptional treat. There is no doubt that everything we had from the menu was prepared with care and real ingredients.
