This place always kinda drew the hipster crowd. i got yelled at by a (non employee) girl in a mask here once (in like 2024).

after living in victoria for like 8 years i dont think i ever had their beef burgers more than once or twice, but that god damn breakfast burger with the egg and that thick cut bacon and that sauce that was gifted upon the race of man by prometheus himself. i would of never imagined i enjoyed lettuce on a burger with an egg but riddle me surprised. i know that because its a chain, they likely get their buns delivered frozen from some big mass distributer, but if you told me their brioche burger burns came from a local bakery, i would believe it.

Sometimes i get high and write reviews for restaurants i havnt been to in ages :)

I love this Big Wheel! The staff are always so friendly, the food comes out in a timely manner and the best part is they always remember my sauces I order. I’ve never had to go back because they forgot something. My food is always delicious! I get the bacon cheese burger and poutine! My new addiction is the churro fries!!! Definitely my favourite place for burgers! Shout out to the whole team-you all are the best! Lots of love Don and Tommie

Great place for a quick meal, but popular for both take-out and dine-in, so expect wait times regardless of which ... popular with locals and very busy. Good breakfast sandwich. They also offer good selection of burgers and home-made milkshakes (wish we could have tried 1, but we were there for breakfast ... next time!).

It was a perfect meal to bring to the airport. So incredibly tasty and unique I just loved every bite. I have buffalo chicken burger, onion rings and the churros

Still thee best hamburger & fries in Victoria! Excellent tasting paddy with lightly dressed chopped lettuce, thin tomato & dill pickle between wonderful fresh bun. Served with hot fries. No messy cleanup. All compostable! Love It.

Came in today for milk shakes was told the debit was down and advised to use the app. We placed our order and sat down, 30 minutes later we go up and ask the eta as people after us were getting their orders. The shakes were done and sitting for 15 min with no call out for our order and our order was never removed from the new order Que screens.

Soupy milkshakes…. no offer to remake as there was a miscommunication this isn’t the first time service/food has had miscommunications disappointing

Burgers are burgers, nothing stood out, if anything a little bland. Fries were good, gravy was odd. Milkshake was a nice ending.
