Big wheel never disappoints. Always great food! Lots of meat-free options. Fries are extra and extra worth it. I can't order the fries alone, it's a two-person minimum order. Great casual burgers.

I haven’t been to Big Wheel in years due to a pretty crappy take-out order at the cook street location a few years back. My partner and I recently gave it another shot and wow they sure delivered. I think the Vic West location is their best location!! Burgers are fire and the restaurant staff is so friendly. I love how they don’t skimp out on the fries. My man and I share an order of fries because the portions sizes are generous. Love these burgers!!

I used to eat at Big Wheel 3 - 4 times per month because they had the only gluten free crispy chicken burger in town. It was always great and was my go-to eat out meal. Now that they’ve stopped making the chicken burger gluten free I have not been back.

Burger would have been great if they said the order was incorrect and remade it.

Dietary restrictions: I ordered a vegan burger & another ordered a gluten free burger. The GF order was incorrect so they remade it. Mine was labeled GF and I was told it was the vegan order even though it wasn’t labeled vegan. I checked the patty and it looked correct. However, halfway through eating I became suspicious after what appeared to be dairy butter and egg mayo. This was later confirmed by a skin reaction the next day which takes a month to heal. Mistakes like these need to be taken more seriously.

Great burgers and delicious fries. It's a fast food place so atmosphere is not a high priority. They do charge a 1% fee that goes to some charity. It's only 1% but they do it without asking.

When I arrived, there were 2 customers in the store already seated and eating. I was greeted by friendly staff who promptly took my order. $15.90 for a chicken burger, a bit high, but I’ve been told it’s delicious. Burger was ready in less than 5 min and I got it to go. Everything was great… then I opened my burger. Wow, disappointing. It was as if the cook had used a canon to put together the burger. All the lettuce and sauce was on the outside of the bun, and the pickles and tomatoes, instead of being evenly distributed, were stacked like Jenga on one side of the bun! Good thing it came with lots of napkins, they were well used!

I cannot attest to how many orders had come in remotely, or for pickup, but more care in burger preparation is severely needed at this location. I’ll try again, if there is improvement, I’ll update my review. Otherwise, I’ll stick with less rushed and more careful vendors.

The food was great though, albeit messy, just the preparation needs attention…

I was told this place does great burgers so I tried it last night and… yeh it was true. These burgers are awesome! The guys running the place were super friendly as well.
