I visited the Vic West location and ordered the “crispy” chicken burger w/fries, no drink, $26 with tip….The chicken was dry and had definitely been pre-cooked, sitting somewhere warming. The batter was thin, pale and had no texture to it at all, it resembled a sad chicken strip from A&W. The bun was also dry, with the smallest smear of sauce on the top bun. Tomato was mealy. The fries were fresh and seasoned well. If you want a better burger for a lot less, I’d suggest going to Burger Crush.

The staff are always so warm and welcoming. If you don't visit during the busy lunch and dinner hours, the waits are only about 5 minutes and you will get a delicious fresh burger and fries. The prices are on the higher end though so try not to make this a daily lunch spot even if the food is amazing.

Had the original burger. Meat was great everything was fresh but there was a ton of lettuce which tasted unwashed. It also made the burger cold even though I ate it immediately after receiving it.

Unfortunately over the last 6 months the food has gone from a 9.5 to a 2.5. Sad as it is or was my fave burger joint.Lettuce was sad, meat was dry, not much for condiments on the burger and they got the order wrong.
