Really good gluten free options- even celiac friendly (almost all menu items, including fries and crispy chicken burger)UPDATED (03/2024)Really disappointed that big wheel is no longer providing a celiac safe crispy chicken burger. It is the main reason I went as they were really good, one of the few places in Victoria you could get a celiac safe crispy chicken burger, and used to be worth the higher price due to this.Dietary restrictions: They have some celiac safe options but they just announced that their crispy chicken burgers will no longer be gluten free for celiacs.

Love getting take out from here. I get the gluten-free double burger. It tastes amazing and it's so appreciated to see gf gravy! Their poutine is so yummy! I always get an extra gravy sauce to eat on the burger.Definitely recommend!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

The milkshakes were real and therefore also amazing!ALSO, this was a rare perk that I appreciate immensely: I didn't take a single piece of plastic home with me! All the to go items were from paper. The straws had a waxyish coating on the outside lol so they were the best paper straws I'd ever used!!Service was also great and smiley, and so was the timing of the estimated ready time of my order (they were about 2 minutes early)!Yay thank you! I crave burgers often and will be back!!

Was in the mood for a smash burger and didn't expect much in Victoria, but found this place which was well reviewed. Ordered a cheeseburger and a bumbleberry shake. Lets start with the good, the bumbleberry shake was really good, fresh ice cream, mixture of berries, lots of seeds on the bottom denoting freshly mushed berries into the ice cream. Onto the burger, it was definitely smashed, extremely crispy. I was told 15 minutes so I assumed I would be getting a raw burger smashed and cooked, but I'd bet anything this was not freshly made. For one it was overdone, also a freshly smashed and cooked burger, there would be evidence of drippings on the bottom bun and paper, however everything was suspiciously dry. Good attempt at serving a fresh smash burger. I'm not saying the burger was frozen or anything but I suspect the burgers are cooked earlier and then just quickly grilled to heat it up. For context I ordered at the store got it as soon as it was done and ate in the parking lot, so no time for it to dry up or cool down. The bun was ok. At $21 for the burger and shake..... hard to say I feel the value for $ was there. I will seek out another burger place next time I'm in Victoria.

Got charged $223.00 for a couple burgers and a hotdog. Waited half an our after my family and I ate dinner and where in truck. Highly overated.
Had the cheeseburger and fries, and everything was freshly prepared! The smash burger was nice and crispy! Perfect. Friendly staff and they run a tight ship.Come enjoy great smash burgers on brioche buns.

We ordered a monthly featured menu, Pickeler and buffalo chicken. Both were good, but I prefer buffalo chicken to Picker, and I think a regular burger is the best...? overall, a good place to visit for a tasty meal. We will revisit here.
