Fantastic Burgers & Exceptional Service – A Must-Try in Victoria!
My family and I visited BIN4 Burger Lounge after hearing about their famous burgers, and we were not disappointed! The 50% off any burger after 8 PM with a drink purchase was a great deal, making it the perfect opportunity to explore their creative menu.
The food was outstanding—innovative, flavorful, and unlike anything we’ve tried before. The variety of burgers was impressive, with unique ingredient combinations that surprised and delighted us. I ordered the Greek Burger, which had bold, well-balanced flavors. While I found the patty slightly tough, I still enjoyed it thoroughly, especially paired with the delicious side salad. The portions were generous and satisfying, leaving us fully content.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. As newcomers to both Canada and the restaurant, we felt a bit overwhelmed by the extensive menu. Our server was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful, guiding us through our choices and making us feel welcome. Her kindness added so much to our experience!
The lounge-style ambiance was vibrant and inviting, with a great energy that makes you want to return. I especially loved sitting near the cocktail bar, watching the drinks being crafted. The restrooms were well-maintained (though the code entry is a smart touch for crowd control).
Overall, BIN4 provided a wonderful dining experience—great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you to the staff for making our first visit to Victoria (and Canada!) so memorable.

Meals took an abnormally long time to arrive. As a declared Celiac, a meal was given to me that contained gluten. Host/waitress were very apologetic and provided a replacement meal choice for free however our dining out experience with friends was made awkward by this screw up.

While the burgers were good, especially the gluten free bun that my wife had - the deep fried dill pickles that I ordered were far, far overdone. While the server did remove the item from the bill in my opinion, this should not have happened in the first place. Obviously, the cook was not keeping an eye on the fryer.

Four of us went for the Dine Around and had a very enjoyable evening. The service was really excellent and all three courses of the meal were very good, especially the dessert. Surprisingly the fries were not the best I've had but otherwise....

We were staying at the hotel while my hubby had heart surgery and ate there our first night. THE FOOD AT ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING!!
The second night I made an order online but accidentally pushed the Westshore location...(I'm in Saanich)
when I was pointed out my mistake the young man up front went to talk to his manager Jenn! She had my order ready so fast! No questions asked! It was very busy in there for a Wednesday night! You guys are awesome. Thankyou again! We will be back to the hotel Accent Inn and Bin 4!

Burgers were delicious and our server Myah E. was super sweet, we loved her!! Nice energy inside and wait for food was not bad considering it was a pretty busy night, good deal past 9pm :)

Never had the chance to eat here. My review is based entirely on service. Visiting from out of town. Restaurant opened at 11am. We arrived at 10:52am. Door was open so we walked in. Once inside we were informed they were closed and to come back. It was a bit disappointing. Why was the front door open? Could you not have sat us at a table and had us wait the 8mins before helping us? We went elsewhere…..

It’s a chef’s kiss masterpiece — bold, authentic, and bursting with desi flavor. Every bite feels like a one-way ticket back to India.
Pro tip: Try it with chipotle sauce & sriracha cilantro aioli — absolute game-changer!
If you ever plan to discontinue it… lemme know first I’ll order a ton first haha! 101

This is our second visit to a bin4 and again had an amazing burger and beer!! The tur-kin burger in thanksgiving between a bun and the Bison breakfast burger had amazing flavour! This place is hands down one of the best burger restaurants! The food is amazing, the beer is in a chilled glass and the prices are great!! I plan to come back enough times to try every burger!! I totally recommend!

Good. But not great anymore. Bin4 has changed alot in recent years. No more house ketchup. No more free little chip cup when seated. The burgers have gotten small. Fry servings have shrunk.
