I’m a delivery driver. I waited over 15 minutes to pick up… and it still was not ready. Please hire more staff or adjust projected arrival time for us drivers. Waiting 20-30 minutes for pickup is not acceptable.

I first went to Bin 4 twice in 2017 and had amazing burgers. So being back in Victoria in October 2025 I knew I had to go back and the burger was just as yummy as I remembered.

I got a mushroom burger and it was amazing. They have gluten free buns and a separate fryer for their fries so they are also gluten free

Ordered take out from here and the portions were RIDICULOUSLY small. I had maybe just under 1/4 cup of rice with my bowl. Presentation wasn’t good either, the cheesecake was smooshed into a little container. The cauliflower bites appetizer was delicious, the rest tasted alright. But the portions for the entrees were unreal for what we paid.
I really enjoyed their burgers, but the best part was the staff — incredibly friendly and welcoming

Having traveled around the world and eaten a lot of burgers, this one was pretty good. I had the seasonal Bison burger. It didn't present very well unfortunately, served open with the smallish patty on display, however the flavour and texture were excellent. Fries and salad good also, fries rustic and well cooked, nice, salad maybe slightly heavy on the dressing but i still enjoyed it. I had a couple of the beers and a cocktail all of which I enjoyed. I gave it 3 stars for atmosphere cos it's on the corner of a busy street but I guess you don't have to sit outside. All in all pretty good 👍
