I've been to this location many times over the years and eventually gave up on going. The fries are fried separately from the other items which makes them safe for those with allergies, which is great. The issue is years ago it became impossible to get hot fries. Decided to dine in recently to give them a chance to see if things improved but the fries we got with our drinks were room temperature at best.
A couple burgers can be veganized. Some salads can also be made vegan safe.
Location is not small but not large. I've seen a wait to get in. Can be quite loud inside. They have a small patio in the front of the restaurant. There is a parking lot in front that extends down the side of the restaurant.

Terrible establishment worst neighbour to have. The amount of over served patrons I have to quiet down from my building is crazy. It’s insane that these people get into their cars after. Very scary I have also made a police report many times. This is serious. Zero stars

The are 7 locations of this local chain for a good reason. The burgers are simply delicious. Perhaps a little on the expensive side for just burgers but they are well worth it. The quality of food and service is good and consistent. The place is usually busy so it can help to make a reservation but it’s not essential. There are seating inside and outside. It’s good to know that any burger can be made for vegetarians so the menu is not at all limited for vegetarians. The burgers are either served with french fries or salad or both. Making a choice is difficult but you must try the aioli mayonnaise and its a good idea to go for the 1/2 pound supplement for 2,50$. They also have original and good tasting cocktails.

The patio was good, probably could use a couple umbrellas, still a fun vibe. AC indoors was refreshing. Happy hour was spot on, altho truffle fries had a bit too much powdered Parm cheese. But having low cost sides and offering $9 burgers is great for sharing and getting a full meal. I'd defs go back.

I really liked the food at this restaurant because the food was so good and I was so impressed with the quality and service of the employee who served us and it made me happy to see that the second restaurant was a total bust and it made me mad that the other restaurant didn’t serve my kid a kids menu and this on was great and I would like to regonize the worker Sage he was very nice and sweet. 😊😊😊😊

Didn’t wait for a second before I was seated, food was amazing and have never had a more tender bison burger in my life and the truffle fries always good. Izzy did an amazing job and was very friendly and professional. Got everything perfect here would highly recommend this location.

Ordered pickup on New Year's Eve. Normally this is a good bet to order from but this time the food looked thrown together in a hurry. Restaurant was nearly empty when I arrived as they had new year's eve bookings starting a bit later. Picked it up on time (even was waiting for a bit) and after an approx 5 min drive home, was lukewarm at best on opening. Burgers were very dry and overcooked. My suggestion for Bin4 is to invest in better containers for take-out, and some better quality control on the actual orders. Will not be choosing takeout from here anymore, which is unfortunate.

I've been a long-time customer of Bin4 for over 10 years, and I typically don't write reviews. However, after my most recent visit, I feel compelled to share my experience because of how much the food and service have declined in recent years.
Bin4 used to be my go-to late night spot for gatherings with friends over a great meal, but sadly, I don't see a future where we would all go again.
The service was disappointing. We sat down at 9pm, ordered our drinks and then waited for at least 40 minutes to order our food. We had to flagged down our server a couple of times, and even though she made eye contact with us, she ignored us and walked away to attend to other tables. We had to flag down another server and she ended up calling our server over to take our order.
But I can't tell which is worse, the service or the food. The patty was once juicy and flavorful, but now... it has become incredibly dry and under seasoned. I have tried both their regular and 1/2lb patties; but, unfortunately, they are consistently dry. I will give them credit for the fries, they weren't overly fried this time around. It's a real shame because this was a place I once enjoyed regularly, but with the noticeable drop in quality, I'm sure none of us will be returning anytime soon.
We said goodbye to a friend who was going to another country. It was good and fun.

Always love a good burger joint that has the customer in mind. Was able to add my favorite blue cheese and bacon to the Bison burger.. So good. Highly recommend this place for a pint and a burger. Great atmosphere and waiters and waitresses are top notch. Yam fries over salted , guess it just takes an extra pint then.
