During busy evenings… most evenings… their orders for pick-up or for delivery drivers are super late. I often need to wait 20 minutes to pick-up, even though the order is placed 30+ minutes before i arrive.

Bin 4 Burger Lounge is easily the best burger place in Victoria! I’ve brought everyone I know to try it. They have all sorts of unique and tasty options, with a home-like feel. I enjoy how the burgers are served open. You see me here on a regular basis.

had an issue with my Uber Eats order and support offered no solution. I called Bin 4 and spoke with the manager, and she fixed the problem on the spot and made sure my correct order came through. The food stays delicious, and the customer service is top tier as always!
