The pearls were not sweet and very rubbery, I don’t think they used sugar or were cooked long enough. Group of 5 of us, and all of us did not like our drinks. Waste of money :( the bubble waffles were nothing special, we left disappointed :(

Quite roomy for a bubble tea shop I guess they serve food as well. Friendly service, ordered the soya cream that owner recommended and it did not disappoint, very fresh and lightweight with just the right amount of sweetness.

The staff was incredibly attentive, providing a personalized and warm service from the first moment. The recommendations they made to us were correct, and each dish was delicious, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. Went for a Too Good To Go order on Friday night they closed an hour early. Knocked in the door and the staff proceeded to make us complete garbage - tea with huge leaves floating in it and a jug of shaved ice. Don’t waste your time and look at the terrible ratings before you spend any money here.

Tried their waffle, it's just the right amount of sweet flavour considering everything that it's topped with, the portion is great for the price I paid compared to some other waffle places around. The location might not be the best but worth trying their waffle. I tried the chocolate one. Loved it!

The server was busy chatting with her friends so it took a while for me to place an order. I got a mango crepe cake and for $15, I got a miniature cake you can finish in a couple bites. Mango was not fresh and tasted sour. The crepe was a bit hard and had a tough texture. The best tasting part of it was the whipped cream. Would not recommend for dessert outing.

The worst place I‘ve ever been! We ordered the mango waffle and the mango cake. I asked if they use fresh mango on waffle, the girl lied. It was canned mango splashed on soggy waffle. The worst is the mango crepe cake, it has mold! We pointed out to the girl who works there, she said she would ask her boss. After 10 minutes, we didn’t get an answer. When I asked again, she seemed totally forgot about it. And then she brushed us off with “my boss is in China” they have no sense of service, extremely poor quality of food. Don’t go there!

Definitely mid. I was hopeful with the new-ish location, but there was only one person working, so the service was slow. The DoorDash guy was angry, another customer walked out, and finally I got an overpriced tall drink, which she served with a tiny straw that logically made no sense.

Relaxing inside, sipping the beverages. Supreme fruit tea is cool and refreshing with grass jelly. not too sugary. The matcha brown sugar pearl milk is awesome. Fresh batch of boboa!

Sam is Fabulous, every time we come to dine in or pick up he is very kind and efficient. Sam is a family man and always has a warm and inviting presence, he is kind to my family and daughter. I appreciate this as a parent. The food is amazing and so absolutely delicious! Thanks Sam!
