I absolutely adore this establishment, been going here for 3 years every few months as a treat, used to frequent the Blanchard location, loved the graffiti wall! The service I have received has always been nothing but respectful, courteous, and kind. Wonderful staff ALWAYS, never had an issue whatsoever. Very easy-going place, like a nice warm hug. The recent low reviews, hold no credibility in my eyes (for what it’s worth) and is defamation, so disrespectful. I haven’t had any concerns with food safety ever here. This location is very clean and orderly. A+ Keep doing what you’re doing! Can’t wait to see how your business grows! The owners is such a gentleman too, very passionate and caring. Shame on the bullies, you guys rock! ❤️❤️❤️

I waited too long for my order while seating down. Everyone got their order but me. An order was also once misdelivered to me. At the end after half an hour I brought it to their attention and they said that the girl who took my order was in charge of it and she already left.I took my money back and they gave me a bubble tea as a courtesy.The tables were also dirty and sticky. The washroom was in a very poor condition with no toilet paper.

Very high quality drinks and dessertsI love the owner. The flavour is well worth it. Best taro milk tea I’ve ever had. Real steamed taro crumbles and taro pearls. Incredible taste.Just tried a nutty chocolate cheesecake. Such a nice blend of flavours and textures.

Tried the SH91’s Dessert TooGoodToGo for the first time. Got very little food and the 2 items were inedible and by far the worst TGTG experience I’ve ever had. The boba was also uncooked and I had to throw it away.

The bubble tea was tasty, but I think they may be under staffed and as a result it feels very hectic as they run around to serve everyone. The dishes and drinks look beautiful and seem difficult to execute - possibly adding to the hectic feeling behind the counterCute space to hang out though.

Amazing tea!! This cute little shop is not your typical boba tea shop. They pride themselves in making everything fresh and made to order. Sure, it takes a second but totally worth the wait! We ordered a tiramisu egg waffle - well balanced, nicely decorated, and the batter was mixed after we ordered so it was fluffy with great texture. We paired it with the shining star at this shop - a cup of brewed lychee oolong iced tea! I ordered it with no sugar to get the true flavor of the tea and it was incredible!
When we first got here we thought the prices were a little high for what the pictures were, but we figured since we were here and wanted some dessert we would try it out anyways. We sat there for a bit kinda wondering what was taking so long but then we were SURPRISED on how much we actually got on our plates!!! There is a lot of care that goes into making these as well which took some time, definitely worth the price and the wait.I got the mango cheesecake and my partner got the strawberry cheesecake.

Great customer service, Delicious desserts [Victoria BC] I really wanted to try their Crepe Cake but was told that they sold out and won't get them again the following week. Not sure what ingredients they were waiting shipment for. So I chose a Japanese Soufflé Cheesecake next... same thing! Bummer. So hopefully they have the Egg Bubble Waffle and they did! Third time's a charm. We actually came here twice for dessert. The first time we had the Tiramisu Egg Bubble Waffle and then we came back again the next day and had the Chocolate Egg Bubble Waffle. They both look similar. The owners, young couple, were always hard at work and friendly too, especially the husband. They have their small children in the restaurant with them. The desserts were delicious. Hubby and I shared one both times... it was massive. They also have a separate menu for soup, salad, apps... and sushi! They are in the historic Dominion Hotel in Victoria's Old Town (an impressive, 4-story brick building located at the southwest corner of Blanshard and Yates Streets). Interior is pretty too with the fancy chandelier lighting. We found metered street parking. Located across the Cineplex Odeon Victoria Cinemas in Downtown Victoria BC.
