They charge $7 bucks for a drink with poor service. Staff act like they are superstars. What is the point in paying that price when you don’t get good service.

Pickup order is meant to be just that, PICKUP. Not come in, correct my order, and wait 10 minutes. Poor.

Don't know where they came from but not so friendly baristas that act like models with attitude
Worst decaf latte ever! Disgustingly bitter and watery.
After 2 sips I asked for a different drink instead and returned it. They made a new drink and said they had to charge me for it! Obviously I did not pay nor take the new drink.
I wasted 8-9$ on a disgusting coffee and appalled by their customer service.
This is the first time in my life that I return a coffee. It was that bad!

I had this amazing iced matcha latte with ube cold foam and it was so unique and super good! my aunt got a latte and the barista made this cute bunny on it with latte art! the service was awesome and the drinks were both great!!

I LOVE Blenz. I’ve been going to Blenz for over 10 years all over BC. This specific Blenz made my drink (matchachillo with yogurt and real powdered cinnamon blended in) PERFECTLY! They also did this super cute bunny on my mom’s cafe mocha! The staff were super nice and sweet even though I had 2 kids with me and one of them was crying. Super nice and cozy feel. ❤️
