Follow up question “ can I not use the washroom if I do not order food here “ & his reply was blunt “NO”

In the mean time, my wife with 2 kids & a friend entered the store & I narrated the whole story to her. Upon listening to me, immediately she replied let’s go then. We will not eat here, “ You are loosing a customer today “ & the reply was remarkable “ It’s Ok “
Today was my 3rd visit to Victoria from Nanaimo & my 3rd to Bold Butchery. I will visit Victoria again. However, Bold Butchery never again.

A fair price for a downtown burger. Was asked how I wanted it cooked, I mentioned medium but it’s close to a smash burger so it doesn’t really make a difference. A smallish burger, light on toppings but very fresh and good quality.

Great spot for lunch. Shawarma wraps are really tasty and very well priced! I've also have the bowls and their burgers are to die for. I see they have soups now so I'll have to try that next!

I had a delicious falafel wrap with hot sauce and pickled vegetables with fries. Good value for money. My friend had the chicken shawarma burger and quite enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner and great options for vegetarian meals.

I'm pretty picky with Shawarma being from Ontario and there are plenty amazing places to eat Shawarma there. This place really surprised me. Besides the food coming cold to my door, (was very disappointed that I had to re-heat my food) so perhaps don't order from Door Dash. Besides all that the food was superb ? highly recommend. The boyfriend and I were already talking about the next time and what we'd order lol. I had the chicken wrap with fries (I added Tahini which is a must in a Shawarma wrap) and my man had the chicken Shawarma bowl. I tried the bowl and that too was delicious. Please go try! I gave 4 stars because of the food arriving cold. Otherwise 5 star ? ???? for the food!!!!
