Ordered through Uber eats app for a scheduled delivery and this stuff was obviously made way too soon and sat for an extended period, the fries taste like dried up potatoes you can barely swallow and the shawarma are soggy and cold. Not cool Bold Shawarma, not cool.

Absolutely awful experience. We placed a large order through Uber Eats for our entire office — after a long morning, everyone was counting on this meal. But the driver never delivered anything. Not a single bag showed up.
I contacted the restaurant, and they **promised they would send the food**, but instead, they **canceled the entire order without delivering anything at all**. No explanation, no apology — just radio silence.
We were left with **an office full of hungry people and no time to reorder**. It was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly just upsetting. We expected basic reliability, and they couldn’t even deliver that.

Juicy, flavour-packed, and perfectly messy in the best way. Had it with a side salad, and the whole thing was just next level. Don’t sleep on the burger here—you’ll thank yourself later.
