The macarons here are absolutely HEAVENLY. My favorite is fuzzy peach and watermelon :)). Definitely recommend the only downside is sometimes the filling is in consistent so one will have a really big of filling and an other macaron will not. But who cares they still taste really good!

I've been buying macarons here ever since I had some at an outdoor market and I have to say, their business model is perfect. On top of incredible macarons with inventive flavours, they have macaron making classes, AND they sell the ingredients to make their flavours too (like beetroot powder and lychee puree)! They've covered their customer base well, from the casual eaters to the home bakers, and I love and respect that.I had a class yesterday with my partner and we couldn't stop raving about how much fun it was, how foolproof they made it, and how great of a deal it was - $100 and you walk out of there with at least 40 macarons, sharing a glass of cava with some wonderful people, and the details on how to make whatever flavour macaron you want. We are beyond impressed. I can't wait to try making our own at home, and inevitably buying lots more here in the future when mine don't turn out nearly as perfect. Chris was a fantastic teacher, very patient, and a funny, dry sense of humour which I appreciated. He gave us lots of wisdom, some good one-liners, and a new appreciation for oven thermometers. Thank you for an awesome day! Keep up the good work.

Wonderful place; my elder daughter's favorite place for years. The flavors are amazing and the quality is superb. I have to admit that "Beetroot Goat Cheese & Honey" is my favorite despite many other hard-to-choose flavors that I like. Oh and their apron is super cute; I had to wear it to show my support for their business.Only slight drawback is that there are some flavors in their website listing that are exclusive to their store in Granville Island which is odd since Victoria is the original store. I guess I will have to make the trip over in the future to try those exclusive ones out.Parking: I would recommend parking over at Broughton Street parkade and walk your way over. Bonus points for those who could score first hour free parking which I personally take advantage of whenever possible.

I really love the macaroons they sell here. Out of all the macaroon places I have visited (mostly from the Toronto area), compared to Bon Macaroon Patisserie, this shop has the most variety all at a reasonable price too. You get the best for your buck when you get the 30-pack, and the shop will always be selling more than 30 flavours too. There's also a few exclusive flavours at this location, which isn't shown on the online shop, so it's worth checking out. The shop is in a clear walkable area of downtown, where their icon sign and macaron arts can't be missed. While waiting in line, I can't help but muse at the displays they have like an eiffel tower made of macaroons, and Mona Lisa macaroon portraits, haha! The employees there are always welcoming and kind. Sometimes I see one of the macaroons baking classes happening at the back - all the students look like they are having fun, and I hope to one day sign up for those classes too.I highly recommend visiting Bon Macaron Patisserie if you love macaroons, sold at a fair price and with lots of variety and great quality. This place gets two thumbs up from me! ??

Omigosh, this little shop is amazing! We ordered a 12-pack with 12 different macaron flavors. Each one has been delicious! I wish we were in Victoria longer, so we could try every flavor.
