Whoever was on this morning probably shouldn't be left by themselves. Customer service skills are severely lacking amd they were clearly having a bad day. They seemed to lack the ability to emotionally regulate themselves and separate whatever their issue was from their job.

I paid 1.75 $ to add extra shot of whey protein to my juice but instead of make it richer it was so watery and it didn’t taste whey protein! Unfortunately it’s not the first time that I’m paying extra but I’m receiving less quality!!!

Closed again, and it's 740am. Supposed to open at 7.It seems to be a common occurrence these days. It should open at 8 am, or there should be more staff.Also, whoever the tall lady who works in the mornings, I think she has glasses, is fantastic. They're so fast getting the drinks together. Quicker and more friendly than the rest of the staff.One star because the place is closed.I give five stars only because of that one worker that I mentioned.
I love these Canadian born smoothies! The staff now know us by name and do a great job. Jordan is a jem! She knows what I like!

I really always make it difficult with my orders. But today I was helped by aashita and I was having a terrible dayAnd she just made it better. Super accommodating kind and I just really appreciated her presence today!! Great hire booster juice! You are lucky to have her as an employee!

Treat your customers equally! Very friendly to white guests, very rude to POC. I called after my visit and the apology was “sorry you took it that way!” You’d think we’re in the 1960s. I get Booster Juice about three times a week, usually tip a dollar or two. Will go the distance to visit another location going forward.
