Check your door dash orders..my son ordered a pop and it was missing. The cheese bread was disgusting..tasted like bread with too much salt..totally disappointed 😞

Very inconsistent , it looks they don't have one standard way of doing specific pizza. One day the pizza is great the next day you might end up having a bad tasting pizza of the same type. No standard at all.

I got a Meteor Pizza here on Monday. It's now Saturday and I still can't stop thinking about it. It was beyond perfection. 400/10!!! Service was fast and friendly too. Will come back. Looks like the menu expanded too with many more things to try! It's a bit pricey (compared to what I'm used to spending) but the value was 100% there on that pizza. I can't wait for another! :D

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu looks great and delicious. Reasonable prices.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Easy to get into and around.
There must be something wrong with the site and app right now. I've been trying to order the meal deal that includes pizza, pasta, and a salad. But for some reason the order total was $0 even though the subtotal has a dollar amount. Then when I try to process the order it says the amount has to be at least $20, but even with the food applied it doesn't go above $0. Unfortunately we'll have to order from somewhere else.

I've been trying to order a meal deal online. Everything is all well until I try to pay with my credit card on the BP website. It says "it has to be at least 20$ to order for delivery"
my order is well above 50$. There is a glitch with the system. Me and my girlfirend both tried paying online. With seperate phones.
Maybe fix the site?
Heres another deal, the same order on BP website and other website like (doordash,skip the dishes, etc) cost 50% as more.
My order of 50 dollars, becomes 75 dollars. I've been craving BP and after this i wont be ordering again.
I would just like to say my experience with the online ordering is very dissappointing.

The quality and quantity of food has sharply dropped in the last 6 months.
We ordered the tortellini and there wasn’t even a full layer of pasta in the dish. I remember the quantities being significantly higher in the past and for much cheaper.
The first time I got a square footer it was great and now it’s a sloppy pizza that is greasier than Keating Pizza. I didn’t take a photo but there were spoonfuls of grease dripping off the pizza into the serving dish.
They don’t give out mints anymore either.
It’s gonna be a while before I give this location another chance, for the time being, I will be going to the Langford location instead.

visiting family and friends here in Alberta, we went out for a couple drinks and some food. Started off as a regular dining experience until we met our server, Sidney. Her friendliness and approachability instantly cheered us up!! Sidney was very helpful in helping me decide what meal I wanted and I felt so welcomed in the restaurant. Sidney is educated about the menu, and was a great help to me and my friends. If you stop by, you'll be delighted if Sidney is your server!!! will be coming back.
Recommended dishes: Pizza Tonno, Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream

In a regular of Boston pizza or at least i used to. I'm so incredibly disappointed today after waking in and placing a order to go for just a cheese burger and with a empty restaurant they made me wally 45 minutes the servers were to busy chit chatting customers mostly dirty old men hitting on the servers. And when i finally got my food and went to leave they accused me of not paying and trying to get me to pay again even after i showed them payment.
Nothing like being accused of being a low life when you attempt to support local business.
